Love this place! I'm a 10 year old girl who loves to travel with her grandparents, and on our way to Gatlinburg, we were hungry so we ate. The cheeseburger was the best thing I've ever eaten! Although I don't really like the tiny booths.. I love the crunchy ice! ???? ???? ????❤

Went to trussville jacks to pick up a quick burger before work. No ketchup, no mustard, patties were old and extremely salty. Cheese wasn't melted. Girl at the window had an attitude. Usually much better but I've been disappointed before, never this bad. Won't be eating at jacks again

Typical fast food garbage not worth the stop.

My fries were cold, the chicken was overcooked to the point where it was tough to chew, and the biscuit was pretty hard, like it was made the day before and reheated the following day.

We were looking for somewhere to sit down order breakfast eggs the way you want them with table service. There was none to be found. I was presently surprised the Hardy breakfast was real scrambled eggs big pieces of delicious sausage grits was great The gravy was a little thin but I guess that's the way they eat in that part okay. The biscuits fluffy and tall. Also had tater tots nothing special about tator tots.

Fried chicken, biscuits and gravy, hot French fries, sweet (and unsweet) tea. What more can you ask?!

They are rude food old cold and under cooked. The little girl at the drive through needs to know we are there to buy food not her opinion attitude.

I'll give it 2 stars since the drive thru guy was nice. The buffalo boneless wings were barely room temp. They were out ranch. The cheeseburgers had 5lbs of onions on them. After scraping some off they were just standard cheeseburgers. Nothing to write home about. Had never ate at Jack's before as I assume they are only in alabama/Georgia? Waste of money ???? Will never watch there again.
