On July 7th my wife and I decided to give Mugshots a try, despite some of the more recent mixed reviews concerning excessively long wait times.
My wife and I decided to take a seat at the bar to take advantage of the remaining 30 minutes of happy hour. We ordered food, too.
Amber, our server, did a fantastic job working the bar, serving at least 10 people, pretty much all by herself. The other waitresses did bring Amber the food orders to serve up to her customers.
From the time I placed my food order to the time I received it was easily less than 15 minutes. I ordered the A1 sauce burger, fries, fried dill pickles and fried mushrooms (and bypass surgery).
The only minor complaint both my wife and I had about the food was that we each got 1 tiny tomato that covered only half of my burger and not even half of her bacon turkey club sandwich. Otherwise, both of our meals were properly prepared and tasted great.
While there, I mentioned to my wife that it looked like management had addressed the negative feedback concerning long wait times, because they appeared to be well staffed. Plus, food orders appeared to be steadily flowing from the kitchen.
We'll definitely be revisiting Mugshots again.

Folks do NOT pass up an opportunity to dine at this location!!! I I went to this location after dining in at the one on airport boulevard and I must say that I was incredibly impressed..I'm not gonna just say it was clean...it was immaculate!! I strongly recommend the Caesar salad with fried shrimp with chili.The staff was very friendly and and the vibe was very down home. Keep up the great work this was a fantastic experience

Just had lunch here. Food was GREAT! Adam was my waiter, he was top notch!
Had the Pow Pow shrimp and the McDowell burger and loaded mashed potatoes. WOW! All I can say about that!!!!
You will enjoy the atmosphere and staff and especially the food....give them a try.

Having lunch here today.
Branhan is my waiter, he is awesome. Having cheddar wedges and McDowell burger, food is awesome.

Lunch again. Had pow pow shrimp appitizer and chicken strips. Crook is the waiter and he is awesome. Yall have got to come see him and try something. They have an all new menu!

Dinner tonight. Madison L was my waitress. She was amazing and made me feel special.
She made sure the food was correct and kept the drinks full.
Beautiful smile to go with that amazing attitude.
Had the Mombo Combo with cheese wedges, chicken straps, and loaded nachos
Food, atmosphere, and Madison were great and can't say enough about that!

We visited Mugshots on Tuesday 2/21 after leaving Mardi Gras. Our visit started off a little nerve racking because we waited 25 minutes before finally asking a server for a manager. We explaned to The manager Heath that no one had been over to take our order. Heath was extremely apologetic and sent Brianna (who was extremely helpful) to take our order! I must say the both of them as well as the food made our visit worth while and we will be returning again! Thank you!

My husband had the Savell. It had no Lettuce, tomato, nor mayo. In fact, it was dry, very dry. Luckily, the fries were scant so he was able to add ketchup to choke it down. Very disappointed.

Always great service, friendly atmosphere and amazing food. We always leave with at least 3 to go plates because everything is so good we always order way to much food. But it never goes to waste that's for sure.

Went in at 1:30 in the afternoon didn’t have a long wait. We placed our drink orders and they were brought in a timely manner. After that it goes down hill we were told that the server wanted to greet another table really quick that was sat about 15 mins after us and grab their drinks and she would come back to get our order. After 35 mins of just sitting there she had already taken the 10 table order before realized oops she forgot about us. 3 families came in after us got their food and left before we were ever served. We were only checked on maybe 2-3 times our visit and had to ask for a salad that was ordered 4 times after the food was brought. Very disappointed with the service today.

Waited 15+ mins before getting our drink order. Ordered the fried mushrooms (which were great)! My brother and I ordered the Texan burger which was very bland. No seasoning to the meat at all. Couldn’t taste the fried onions or jalapeños. It was overall nasty. I ordered the mini chicken basket for my daughter and the chicken came out cold with no flavor at all! Staff was kinda ok. Will not be back to this location at all.
