The worst cracker barrel I have ever visited. TOOK 20 MINUTES JUST TO GET A VISIT FROM THE WAITRESS.After 45 more minutes got food as my food was getting cold I asked for silverware slowly as the blacksmith out back beat our forks and knife out my food caught a cold.I will not be eating at this location again

Comparing this souther location to many others I've ate at was so disappointing. The Hostess is out of site to customers and made us stand and wait 8-10 minutes even with my using a walker.
Coffee was good, gravy was like paste, biscuits were less than done, white, pale with NO taste. Over easy eggs were bland and miserable presentation.
Side order was French Toast and it was good. Thankful for that, because otherwise the whole meal would have gone back to the kitchen.
For southern hospitality there was NONE, hardly any customers. Server had NO name tag. First time to ever see that. She did write a sweet note on my check and for that alone I left her 35% tip.
I would not take guests to this location.

So sad. I've never had a bad meal in the dozens of delicious meals I've experienced at Cracker Barrel but this time ????????
Had to send back sausage, pancakes!! Both tasted like they'd been reheated from Breakfast?! The server did his best but he was clearly embarrassed. The ham was hard to cut and the bacon harder to chew. I am so sad. Cracker Barrel had always been my very favorite place. For food, gifts, kind excellent service.

Our food was not up to Cracker Barrel standards - low end of mediocre. Our server was friendly and attentive.

The dining room lights were shining so brightly in my eyes that I had to wear my sunglasses to be able to look at the menu without feeling like I had stared straight at a camera flash. ???? A request to dim the lights was taken from our server to the manager, but nothing ever happened.

20 minute wait to be seated?!? Come on people!! There were 25 open tables and they crammed everyone onto one side. Even the employees were embarrassed. They had to cram all the patrons on top of each other. Food and service were good!! Management should be working for 50% off since they were only half open.

We stopped in for lunch to grab a quick bite. I always enjoy the atmosphere of this place. There were some new menu items so I decided on the steak breakfast bowl. It's my new favorite!

My sister and I ate here on 5/24/23. We have previously eaten at this establishment and the food and service has been great. Today was totally different, Not sure if they were short staffed or something else, we ordered our drinks and food. Promptly got our drinks and when the food came out was a little disappointed. My sister ordered a burger and fries, I ordered chicken strips with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese, biscuit and dipping sauce. No biscuit ,got dipping sauce with a to go box. Didn't taste chicken strips but Mac and cheese was good. Hopefully they were only having a bad day. Eating out is expensive but a treat none the less. They gave us tea to go.

Our server took 15 mins to bring us new drinks didn’t bring our biscuits till we were almost done with our food (it wasn’t busy at all) we asked for peach cobbler and he brought us warm peaches very dissatisfied with this visit
