Recently, I purchased the wrong glucose monitoring strips mistakenly for my diabetic meter. Remind you there are no policies listed by the diabetic meters and strips of no exchanges or refunds. Because Walmart were out of stock with my right strips. I thought to just buy the meter that goes with the strips so I wouldn’t waste money and I got the meter that was by the strips that I purchased. How about that meter didn’t go with the strips and they don’t sell the meter in stores at all that go with the strips I purchased (they both have the same colored meter and strips). Now if anyone knows a thing or two about diabetes you know that the disease causes vision difficulties. I don’t understand why these products were by each other in the first place. Now I’m stuck with a meter and strips that I can’t use because of poor stocking and management of policies.

(I was not the person who purchased this but I work closely with them.) It looks like they have rats. Or did. All I expect from a store is to be pest free & sanitary and to make sure their products are ok before purchase. He should’ve looked at the container but the container shouldn’t have still been on the shelf to begin with.

Came in for a new tire, covered under road hazard. 1st customer of the day. Hour & 1/2 later he finally finished. (1 tire)I Watched the young man attempt 8times to put the new tire on the rim. Balance the tire for 15 minutes until he finally got it right. Thank God I wasn't having 4 tires replaced I'd still be here till next week.

2 registers open and both of them backed up I don't understand why oh we have all these self checkouts about $300 worth of groceries do you think I want to check that out myself I don't work there and then somebody kept hitting the fire alarm the whole time we were there .. the reason y'all got three stars and the only reason is because y'all had some really good deals but trust me that's the only reason

Shelves are barely stocked in the grocery section. Employees are walking around complaining about their job on their phones (using the ear bud) or talking about going to the club, talking about customers. Employees do not like to be bothered or don't know where things are...and love to use the "F" word. That's why I barely shop at any Walmart.

We needed a 10 pound of potatoes for our dinner guests on Dauphin Island so we stopped in for a quick affordable quality product available at every Walmart. We did end up with an extra Alabama Football shirt too.

You can never find anyone to help if you have questions or problems. This location seems to never have the selection that other locations do either. I shop here out of convenience more than anything else because of the proximity to our home. This store leaves a lot to be desired.
