Ordered three of the chicken strip $7 meals with gravy. The gravy was straight liquid. Had we known we would have opted for something else. Our fries were cold and limp. Didn't even bother throwing them in the grease to warm them up. Very disappointed in this visit.

Went to drive-through (Fast..yes) Fries Cold on the spot . Lettuce on sandwich were torn into pieces ! Burger not Tasty. Trashed it All. ✋????$$$. Friendly Service @ the Window.Better Luck To Others maybe just an Off Day(?)

Went in for lunch. Placed my order for the 3 Chicken strip meal with fries, drink and a pineapple Sunday. Got it quickly. However my co-worker ordered his meal, a burger, fries and drink. Customer after Customer ordered and got their food first. When the co-worker mentioned that he didn't get his order, the person finally brought it out,slammed it on the table and didn't offer an apology or say anything about taking so long to get it. Rudest Customer service ever.
Will never be back again.

I've visited this restaurant twice in the last month trying to get a Very Cherry Chip Blizzard. Both times they have been out of cherries. Bummer. Can't rate higher because they haven't been able to provide anything.

The employees were very slow but they insisted on bringing the food to the table, seems like they've been ordered to bring the food to the table even if you've already walked up to the front. Strange experience but it was fine otherwise.

So very bad. Went on a Thursday even I ng. Sat in drive thru line 25 minutes with 2 cars ahead of us. When we got the food it was ice cold. Not even warm. Told the girl at the window and she said pull around and they would bring out fresh food. 15 minutes later we got the same cold food with the exception of the french fries which we so old and had clearly been thrown back in the oil to warm up, but still was garbage. Ruined our entire night. Chicken was cold, burger was dry and cold, and then forgot out drinks. Unreal. Gas station fast food, should have known.

Went here to the DQ. Very busy but they took care of everyone fast with no complaints. Only gripe was it was a little warm in there but no falt of the employees. Will go back next time I'm in Prattville.

Always good but today I was on my way to Montgomery and made a stop the food wasn't hot like I wanted it to be but food was good
