We were greeted soon as we came in the door..the price was ridiculous...$30 for 2 meals..but the food was delicious!

Went in to SIT DOWN, my husband and I. There was no place to sit down, all tables were dirty. We had no choice but to order "to go" and they add charge extra %20 to "to go" orders. It wasn't very clean and the service was not very good. Maybe they just need more employees but sad location, honestly..

Fast service, clean restaurant, and I was able to enjoy my food because it wasn't freezing. This restaurant was well-staffed with competent employees. Will return!

Wonderful time and service with Aerial! They even humored my husband and made his hamburger on waffles. He said it was delicious!

Clean up your store. I work for Waffle House Pigeon Forge TN. You would never walk into our house and it be filthy! The floors looked like they hadn't seen a mop in a few days. All the tables were filthy. I think retraining ALL of your staff is in order and start with the GM that allows this nastiness!

Walked in no one greeted us...that's ok. Sat at a booth, two employees walked past us without acknowledging we were even there. After about 10 min with no service we walked out. Had a wonderful meal and great service at Cracker Barrel.

Great food..service not so great. Young girl with braces needs to work on attitude or get terminated plain and simple. Also not the cleanest WH either. Do not recommend this WH. Calling corporate on the service and the not so clean store. Needs to be shut down or get better real quick
