This particular McDonald’s always has the best fries! They were hot, fresh and salted to perfection. I always get a Mcdouble and a small fry. The McDouble was put together perfectly fresh and hot, and delicious!

I will NEVER go back even if someone offered to buy my food! The kids in the drive through messed up my order bc they were too busy giggling and not paying attention. I get my food and it's completely wrong and missing items. I would have rated 0 stars but I don't have the option to.

Actually this was the best McDonald's I've had...both my and my daughter's
burgers were hot, fresh, and awesome... maybe we were hungry, but nevertheless, it was great!

I went inside and only ordered a large order of fries. There were fries cooked. 3 employees were standing together gossiping. After waiting 8 minutes, while the 3 employees continued to gossip, I requested a refund and left.

Staff was plentiful, and food was definitely made when ordered, so fresh. Lots of staff training could be observed while I was there.

did phone order and went to Millbrock Store and wher I got there App. said wrong Store and to go to Prattville Store I went to Prattville Store and they didn't know anything about it but did my order anyway and were very nice about it!

Staff wasn't very friendly at all. Didn't even say one word or acknowledge me. And took so long cause staff was cutting up and talking amongst themselves

Food ok but messy and greasy looking had to wipe it off with napkin and eat plain and took forever for them to come to front because they ignored us and instead worried about drive thru
