After a disaster at Sonic, I came here and received TOP NOTCH customer service. The person who took my order was friendly and nice, the person at the windows was friendly and easy going. I did have to pull to a parking spot to wait for my order but most of the cars in the drive thru were people getting ice cream so I understand. When I got my food it was hot and fresh. The Flamethrower burger looked like it was staged for a commercial and the fries were placed in the bag with napkins over them to keep them warm. Condiments at the bottom of bag not thrown in the fries like some other places do. My expectations were exceeded!!! I will continue to drive the extra 6 miles for this great service! Thanks for the experience.

Waiting for food for quite a while. I went to see about the order, and the DQ worker was bit on the rude side. It appears the drive thru takes priority over walk in customers. There was a dying roach under the table also.
I enjoy DQ food, but I won't visit that location again!
Also, what happened to them flipping your ice cream order before its handed to you? Didn't get that today, but at least I finally got it.

So rude! Drive thru worker was so abrasive with me right off the bat when I pulled up that I decided to leave and go down the road to Sonic instead. No reason to be so angry to a customer! Hope that lady has a better day, jeez.

Decent experience here. I just don’t care for their burgers but that’s just me. Customer service was good.

Slow service, but the food is decent for fast food. New Ranch triple has little flavor, had to add hot sauce to make it edible. If you come here for lunch without a sweet tooth, prepare to be disappointed.

Great atraction for kids through out ALL summer. We wish their season would be up through September...or at least August. Better try to go week days.. The water a bit warm then preferred at + 110...The food menu is very limited. We bealive the pppl will appreciate for you to please look into your menu options..as far as its noooot the healthy food as to say..
Over all the atmosphere is great and vacation like.

Food was cooked to perfection. It was hot and tasty. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with fries and a drink. I also ordered soft pretzels and a triple brownie sundae. I like to put barbecue sauce on my grilled chicken sandwich, makes it so tasty. Thank you for the great service.

The restrooms reak of the overwhelming odor of both raw and recently smoked marijuana. You could smell it as soon as you walked into the restaurant. One particular associate was very sweet and cordial, however the other front associate was the complete opposite.

UPDATE: I was later contacted by an individual claiming she was the "manager". She was very rude and accusing, claiming that I was "lying" and it must have been "some kids" who were in there prior to our arrival. She then stated she was there and didn't smell anything. She called me on two occasions and was rude on each occasion. This behavior is rude, unacceptable, and harassing in nature. I will be making sure everyone I run into will not take their business here because of this rude behavior.
