I would give 6 stars if possible. Tommy went out of his way to make sure we had fresh fries and Patty served us with a smile. Best experience to date

Ordered a fresh batch of large fries. They gave me a carton full of bits and pieces. I took them back for a new one and they gave me a semi full box of fries. They put a lot of emphasis on quick service at this location and in an attempt to get the food out as quick as possible sometimes quality suffers. The second time around the fries weren't even that hot. I told them I didn't mind waiting for the freshest batch but I was told that was the freshest they had at the moment.

The organization and professionalism of the staff make for very fast service. The courtesy of the staff makes for a great experience. I really enjoy the grilled chicken sandwich. The waffle fries are hot and wonderful with the Chik-fil-a sauce. The drive-through service is a well-oiled machine. Great milkshakes!

As a patron of this establishment for almost 2 decades, I can sincerely say I have never met a Chick-fil-A employee as rude as Mr. Jeff. I requested a refill on my drink, and instead of simply denying my request, he proceeded to continuously interrupt me and say that since drinks are their biggest profits that he can not accept my request. Furthermore, when I asked, how much would it cost? He said it would be $3 for a new cup and drink. But I don't want to create more pollution and simply wanted a refill. I hope the good people of this chick-fil-a are not bothered because this gentleman is a manager, and I hope this is not how he manages his shifts.

Food was served way before drinks were ready. There were a lot of people there seemingly standing around while we waited on two frosted lemonades. Food was good though.

Drive-thru employee took 3x to get order right said he charged my card. Employee at booth said my card wasn't charged and I needed to pay $2 more than original price. He stated my card wasn't charged. Manager said drive up. At window I was told card was charged. I get home to find only lettuce and egg for a salad. Return only to br told by manager that's what I requested. I asked for a refund she walks away and continues working. Another man gave me the refund. This is 1 of many bad experiences. Last time drive-thru employee gage me ranch dressing instead of vingerette stating I looked like a ranch eater.

Had breakfast. First time I ate breakfast there. I got yogurt with berries. There were very few berries. I was trying to eat healthy but I guess I should have gotten the chicken biscuit. It looked and smelled great.

My fry was half full, there was no napkins in my bad and they did not ask for sauces. The server did not have a smile on their face
