Terrible experience at this location. Ordered a sub from the deli. Employees were closing down the hot section. I asked if I could buy all the food they were throwing away at a discount to donate to our local shelter. The manager came, Gary Bachelor, and said he couldn't, he'd get terminated plus if he did the employees would start stealing food. I told him he should trust his employees, not look at them as thieves. After that I continued to wait for 35 minutes for a sub because they had to cut the meat. Went to check out at customer service and the manager was there. I asked him if it was ok to take 35 minutes to make a sub. He said it was and that they weren't trying to make food as quick as a restaurant. He went in to tell me that I was just upset cause I couldn't get something for free, which I never asked for. He told me to leave so I did, and have never gone back. Understand that everyone was nice and pleasurable except this miserable soul.

Walked in, started dry reaching from the smell. Y'all really need to get a better exhaust fan in the seafood department. It gets sucked right out the front door, and it is far from appealing when you want to buy food. Turned my stomach, didn't buy anything. Walked in and walked right back out again.

I love shopping at Publix whenever visiting my grandma in Alabama! The store is always well stocked clean, has charged electric carts and literally has the most caring associates! Megan went above and beyond helping me with my grandma on Saturday. On our way out the door she stopped and asked if she could walk out with us and return the electric cart my grandma was using. She not only engaged my grandma in conversation but waited with her while I pulled the car around and helped get her into the car. Publix, it’s because of caring associates like Megan that I shop at your store! Megan made a genuine connection with my grandma and actually took the time to talk to her, which made my grandmas day. Thank you Megan for all you do for your customers!

Not even one star. Rude cashier Monique. Loud and angry. I’m not kidding. She said my husband gave her a dirty look. I said so , a “look” on someone face is how we got here. She got louder and said “I was talking to him not you” I said so you’re allowed to be rude to customers in here,interesting! A customer in front of me literally said “ she’s like this all the time and I like it! THAT SAYS IT ALL, RIGHT THERE. Manger Blaine stood by quietly. Must be corp policy just to let employees be disrespectful to customers. No more Publix. WINN DIXIE GOLDEN SPRINGS ANNISTON is just a few minutes away, they have a very nice selection of fruits and vegetables, the same exact milk and eggs. Join me at WINN DIXIE NO MORE Publix.

Yes it’s a hustle to get there with all the traffic that we have going on but it’s worth it
Fresher fruit, and meat Section always looks great, the store is mostly clean so shopping here is a must.

We enjoy going to this location! The staff are always smiling and willing to help. And, of course, $5 sushi on Wednesdays is a must!
