Busy at night time esp on weekends. My steak wasn’t that flavorful and wasn’t hot. I shd of stuck with the parm chicken.

Every time I've gone to Longhorn, it's been clean, and the food has been good. There are misses sometimes, but nothing like undercooked food or a hair in my dish, more like an off or bland flavor. Their portion sizes stay true to the south and lean large, so don't order as much as you think you'll need if you prefer smaller portions.

The service has always been excellent, without fail. The servers don't hover, but they don't leave you stranded either. I'd say they usually check in about two or three times during the meal. They've always been polite and warm, even in Sunday rush. The service is great.

The atmosphere of the place is fantastic aesthetically, with beautiful western decor such as antler chandeliers and cowboy gear lining the walls on tastefully placed shelves amid beautiful artwork, but if you're looking for quiet, I wouldn't go here. It's always been a loud place, and with it being open air, there's not a lot of places for sound to get absorbed. Forbid there's a crying or yelling kid because you will hear it like it's right next to you.

It's on the pricy side but worth it, in my opinion. Very filling, delicious food.

I wouldn't go on a Sunday, it's way too busy to be enjoyable (unless you enjoy noisy restaurants and difficult parking). I most recently went on a Tuesday pre-noon and it wasn't as busy, but the one table talking you could hear anywhere in the room.

I would recommend it but it doesn't give me the option below... the mashed potatoes are divine and the sweet potato is delicious.

waitress was awesome ???? other staff very friendly, food was good-need to learn to grill salmon med rare. steak excellent - corn excellent! need to do a bit of updating on inside... all in all always good!

We went to celebrate 2 birthdays. It did take a long time to get our drinks, and longer to get food. I think it's from being under staffed, but our little, young waitress kept forgetting too. She should have written everything down, if she's that overwhelmed. She came back to our table, after long while, and said...oh, I'm supposed to bring your drinks. Then we had to keep asking about everything we needed, more than 1 time. Maybe they need more training, or more servers, etc..? We were there 3 HOURS! We went in just before lunch. I REPEAT 3 HOURS! Not, by choice!! I spent around $150. and should have gotten better service. I don't want to blame our young waitress, I blame Longhorn for their lack of training or being under staffed. The food was delicious, however.

Unfortunately, I must reduce yesterday's score. My father saw one of the waiters use his foot to clear his toilet paper nest off the toilet seat. Because of that, we will not be returning to this restaurant.

Waiter yesterday, however, was very pleasant and thoughtful. She ensured my pork barbecue and sides were gluten-free. The corn on the cob was served with sauce on the side in case sauce wasn't gluten-free. Corn sans sauce was very very good! My father, who doesn't need gluten-free, greatly enjoyed the fresh bread.

Today you get almost straight 4 stars. I came in Monday evening after Thanksgiving. Very pleasant customer service, Food came immediately. Of course I ordered more than I can eat. Stuffed mushrooms were a bit too much cheese and salty. More like cheese and mushrooms.

We ordered the 9oz filet and it looked like a sirloin steak. The filet was long and flat with very little flavor. It was tough as a cheap breakfast sirloin. We also ordered the 20oz bone in rib-eye and it was ok with very little flavor. The salad was also terrible. It had 2 small tomatoes with very few pieces of cheese. I had to order more cheese just to not eat a bowl of lettuce. The second filet they brought out was no different than the first. For the money they charge and the quality of meat it just doesn’t add up. The waitress was awesome and comped a free dessert. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the waitress made amazing horseradish cream sauce. Waisting $100 leaves a bad taste in my mouth so I will probably not be back.
