This is supposed to be the best restaurant in the area. The atmosphere, service, drinks and food were all excellent. They have an awesome outdoor bar with seating overlooking the water and a stage with live music the night we were there. We watched a terrific sunset from their outdoor bar area while waiting for a table. We waited for about an hour for a table, they really should consider reservations to make it more convenient for their customers.

Wife had grouper. I had shrimp. Bri took great care of us! Not a long wait either. Really enjoyed dinner and several beers. Super nice sunset too!

Wow! We had a lovely lunch at the Cobalt yesterday! Everyone loved their meals! The waiters were friendly and efficient! Great service the whole time! I also took home a wonderful box of a variety of dessert s from their showcase! I get to nibble on something sweet every day! Yay! We can't wait to go back and we're looking forward to the cooler Temps, so we can dine outside, under the stars, and enjoy the live music! Yay! Cobalt is an absolutely beautiful restaurant with a gorgeous view! Stunning ????

Creme Brule was the best!
Firecracker shrimp was good.. not hot enough for me but enjoyed it.
It's pricey..you're paying for the atmosphere which is beautiful!!
Outside bar is great!!

This is just a quick review to give some helpful info.
We were told 2.5 hours for a table. B/c it was too late, we left and went to find other dinner options.
While we were waiting for our next choice, we were told our table was ready a whole hour early. We so wish we would have stayed.
It is a really cool place. Hanging out, having a drink and enjoying live music while you wait for your table would be great!
Just know that during the busy vacation season you need to allow a nice chunk of time.

No matter how busy they are very efficient at getting you in and served . We had the Bronzed Gulf Grouper with the house specialty Cajan Crème Sauce (normally is with a creole tomato sauce ). Absolutely delicious !. You cannot go wrong with any of their desserts. Our Creole Cheesecake was amazing All athletically pleasing to boot. Just a great experience every time .

Very good food and atmosphere, but service was below average. Had to wait several minutes for our silverware after our food had been delivered to the table. Also on the pricey side.

Everything is FANTASTIC!!! The Firecracker shrimp are great, the grilled amberjack...seared tuna, barbecue shrimp...seriously, there was nothing at all to complain about! Even the raw oysters seemed better than most. Service was really good as well. Will definitely recommend, and will go back.
