My husband and I were tourist and did not read the reviews BEFORE dining here. The waitress was great and so was my strawberry margarita! However we would have been better off going to Captain D's. My fried fish platter looked like something out of the frozen food section. My husband order his steak well done and it arrived medium rare. His steamed shrimp arrived cold. The crab claws were SEASONLESS. Our baked potatoes were warm. I wouldn't dine there again. Lesson to us...check the reviews! They need a visit by Chef Gordon Ramsay!

Of all the places we ate at in the area, this was my least favorite. We only ate here, cause there was no wait. This seemed to be the only seafood restaurant that wasn’t serving locally caught seafood. The fried fish was horrible. My wife said the stuffed avocado was good but I would not go here again for seafood.

Very overpriced. We waited a long time (which was fine and expected), but after finally being seated, it took a very long time for our server to even come over and acknowledge us, and it was downhill from there. The wait to get our drinks was ridiculous, and then after ordering a medium rare (overpriced) steak, what is pictured is what I got. I'll eat a rare steak, but that is what I'd call raw, and it was one of 2 brought out that way. Overall, not a great experience.

Cotton’s has the best crab legs in this area. The fried mushrooms are also delicious, as well as the steaks, crab claws, and drinks! We’re always sure to stop by when we’re in town!

Absolutely had a wonderful dinner with the family yesterday at Cottons. The food was delicious. I’ve been to restaurants all over the country, and the service was phenomenal. If you go be sure to ask to be seated with SARA GRACE. I’ve had great servers, good servers, bad servers, but little SARA GRACE is the best server I’ve ever had. She has left a mark that will be hard to top! She’s has the best attitude with humbleness. If you have the chance ask for her, I promise you will be so glad you did!!

Several people suggested this place. We got seated quickly but shouldn't have been! They were entirely too short staffed. Multiple employees walked by our table and never offered to get us drinks. We waited for about 15 minutes after being seated and finally just got up and left. The server in our section saw us but never even greated us. We looked over the menu and it was a little pricey - no problem if there were good service and if it were clean. Our table was sticky and the floors were awful. I do not recommend this place. It's hyped up for some reason?

Late dinner after doing dolphine tour. I ordered the COVE SPICY SHRIMP appetizer and a baked potato for my meal. It was superb!! The waitress was very helpful and friendly. A great dining experience.

The food is overpriced and small portions. Some of their dishes don't even have the price until you go to order and you find out it's 70 or $80. Our waitress was overwhelmed and strange! We sat at our table 10 minutes before she finally got to us. She was seating everyone close together. It was just a strange experience. I'm sorry to leave this review but we didn't like this experience! Not very welcoming at all....I COULDN'T GET OUT OF THERE FAST ENOUGH! FELT REALLY UNCOMFORTABLE. The waitress made us feel like we was bothering her.... She was a strange girl that's for sure..... I hope you all are reading these reviews. Cuz I'm telling everybody I come across about this
