These ladies ROCK! They are extremely helpful, friendly, professional and patient as we are getting through the many aspects of college enrollment! Great job Normal, AL post office!

This is THE BEST USPS office I’ve ever visited. The ladies here are AMAZING, friendly, caring, loving, I wish everyone would do their jobs like them.

I just want to say Ms Edmondson and Ms Roberson are fantastic and outstanding. Always smiling, and they care about what they do and they do what they do with care. That's why they have a nearly perfect rating, compared to the other post offices

I’m new in town and actually went to this location by mistake. Kim was working the front desk when I got there and she was so professional and kind to me and the other customers she helped before me. On behalf of all the confused transplants, we appreciate you!

This is the friendliest post office in town. It's a very small office, but everyone who works here has been charming and helpful. It's on the A&M campus, but available to the community, and thank goodness, because it's convenient and the cheerful gal today took care of me and my shipping order swiftly.
