Took my Mother out for Sunday night dinner which we arrived about 7:30pm and didn't have to many customers inside. I thought they might be getting ready to close but a young man that was cleaning off table to our right of the restaurant finally came over to us which was around 5 minutes. I could tell he was inexperienced possibly new employee, he approached us without a proper greeting very shy like. There where many clean tables in front dining where the bar is and to the left front of the restaurant which was well lighted with plenty of clear tables available. He said it would be about 15 minutes before he could get his section cleared off. I said it's just for two and this side will be fine. He then proceeded to seat us there. He was very soft spoken and couldn't hear what he was saying, I new he was a new employee and just didn't add any stress to his job waiting to take our orders. Mom on the other hand which she really couldn't help kinda made him nervous asking him if the same chef still worked here, and started telling him how she had the best cooked top sirloin about a year ago her last visit. Poor kid did a fine job being polite but being put on the spot I could tell he really didn't know how to answer. That's when I changed the subject getting him off the spot and a smile so he could round up our menus and waters. While we where waiting a couple sat right behind us and I heard them say they have been waiting for 15 minutes and no one has even approached them to greet or take their orders. 5 minutes later they left. My steak was cooked a little more rare than I like but I was fine with it and the taste was good, a little to much salt but being hungry I wouldn't about to send it back. I had to remind him of the side order of grilled shrimp but didn't have to wait too long to receive it While my plate was still hot. Mom on the other hand said she wanted to send hers back to cook a tad more, I told her I wouldn't advise that because it's not that much off the way she likes it, as always she ignored my advice.
When it came back it was a little more done than she wanted. I said I told you to leave it alone but she went ahead and ate it. My Dr Pepper wasn't that fresh and that's a biggie with my meal but the cold glass of ice water made up for it. Like I mentioned I new he was new and didn't want to add extra pressure on him since he was the only waiter that I saw waiting on the entire restaurant. He did a fine job and enjoyed our meals. He did seem surprised when I just wanted a receipt when I layed out the cash he said he would bring the receipt back with my change, I said no the change is yours to keep for the tip. He took a step forward and then back handing me the receipt and said thank you, I said yes sir you did a fine job. I know he felt good earning the credit for good work and the above average tip will inspire him to strive for excellence building up his confidence to do well always.

I will never return this Applebee's location. My family was seated before I arrived and orders sodas. I arrived about 10 minutes later and they still hadn't gotten any drinks. A total of 25 minutes LATER we all received drinks. Then we waited 10 more minutes to place an order. Next, two of family got their food first and one of them was missing a side item. Then, two more plates were delivered 10 minutes later and finally my two daughter's meals were finally delivered about 20 minutes after the rest of our family! We only received one refill even after being served this way. We asked the waitress if we could at least get our appetizer for free and she said "no, I don't think so. My manager isn't really lenient about things like that." My dad had to actually say can you at least ask him? She did and the manager said he could take off $.50. WOW. We finally got the check and paid. I then saw the poster about getting a free app if the server didn't ask about gift cards. She didn't, of course. So I asked for it and she said it might be too late. Like seriously? She finally tells the manager he asked me what I wanted and went to the kitchen. I never saw either of them again. I'm embarrassed I chose this place for my family for a celebratory dinner. Worst experience by far in a restaurant.

We were a large group of 12 people went here for a birthday dinner. The atmosphere was very nice, restaurant clean and nice decor. The down fall was the service. We had two waiters but only one was doing anything The other in training. They forgot birthday girl drink, they forgot appetizers, then appetizers came out with the food. We all had to wait on our drinks. I tried to get the male waiter in a better mood but he wouldn't even smile. The service definitely could have been better. We all pretty much tipped 5$ if not more each. So he got a decent tip even though the service was not good.

Waiters / Host need more personal upgrades to customize what to do for customers. Instead of taking orders and serving ,but not returning to inquire about the food or drinks is a must. Our server was very nice very friendly, even though it was not my place to tell the young lady. How displeasing her hygiene was. I wanted to and I still may return to help her get the problem solved it's been eating away at me. Just don't want to embarrass her. And she may not be there anymore Management should be more observing for their establishment. It does make a difference how we represent you.

My server Greg was outstanding during the evening rush. He made sure my drink was full, my food was served hot and quickly, and he was by far one of the best servers I've had at this location.

The food was delicious. Each course was prepared with care and in good timing. Great value for the salad, appetizer, and entree at $11.99!

Food was good. Service was very slow. Server was nice but talked so low that you couldn't hear anything that he said. Our drinks were empty during most of our meal. My husband kept having to get up and go chase him down when we needed things. The place was not busy.

My Food today u003d mid. have had the same thing at other places and it was 10x better.
Service u003d needs MAJOR work.
Definitely could’ve and should’ve picked picked a better place. Should’ve known by the health rating as you walk in the door that it wasn’t going to be good. Waited about 10 minutes for a waitress to show up. Mozzarella sticks were alright, nothing special. At my job, if someone had an experience like this, I wouldn’t be there long. Just saying. Worst Sunday meal I’ve had in a while. Won’t be back unless major changes happen.

Quoted time was about 20 mins late. We got the food. Checked it. Turns out they were missing the ice cream for our desert. I let them know and they said they would bring it right out. They did not. After 25 mins of trying to be patient I went inside and they had the ice cream sitting there the whole time. They gave me melted ice cream. I just left because it had been an hour at this point. To top it off got home and all the food was cold. Called and left a voicemail. Never heard back. Area manager emailed me to see what happened and never responded. Pretty horrible visit. Honestly if you are ordering out. Skip this place
