The food is always hot and fresh at this location. Hasnt been open that long but it's one of the best locations. It takes quite a while to get tour order but thats probably because the food is so good and they are always busy. If they could work on the wait time, it would be 5/5

Rudest restaurant in town. Absolutely embarrassing that I'm from Louisiana. So I arrive at 10:10. They said they open in 10 minutes. I'm waiting in the drive through. They literally told me I couldn't wait in the drive through. Why? Probably because their manager doesn't want my money. I'm feeding 12 people. Big order. Screw thus, I'll fry my own chicken rather than be run off because someone is too stupid to understand why it's OK to let someone with money wait in the drive through when you are supposedly open at 10.

It is my first time here, and this place is AMAZING. No kidding! My favorite were the delicious chicken sandwich and spicy chicken! The crispy breading, warm bun, and perfectly seasoned chicken was pure bliss, while the spicy chicken gave me the kick I need to energize my taste buds. These comfort foods surely satisfied my cravings, and I'm beyond excited to go back here!

The drive thru attendant was very polite and informative on a "new-to-us" policy regarding the substitution of types of chicken in a family meal. She was kind enough to offer an alternative solution as well. Well done Popeye's!

My son loves this chicken so much I can't explain how often we come just so he can have chicken legs! We usually have to wait but I don't mind when I know it's fresh. We also pay an upcharge for all legs, but that doesn't matter either. It's always fresh and it's always right!

Drive thru was clean.. the cashier was pleasant. We pulled up to receive our order.. Had it in about 10 minutes.. piping hot . Side was wrong.. they made it right... a great experience..

I'm so sorry.. I love Popeyes... BUT this is the 2nd time in the last two drive-thru orders, that I don't get our complete order... BOTH times, I ordered and paid for extra sides...
The first time ...didn't get it. Didn't comment either, but by the time I go back to order AGAIN... I'd forgotten... had to wait for at least 10+ mins for my spicy chicken... still ok. But I was truly upset when I got home starvin'... that AGAIN.... to find NO SLAW... means 2 visits and at least 4 missing sides at $2.99 ea. Hmmmm.
Oddly...we never seem to get EXTRA sides...

You truly have such delicious food...sweet tea... fried pies-if any are cooked :-( ... and often sweet and caring staff ... we live about 7 miles out... and it's frustrating.

I'm also frustrated that I FAILED TO CHECK ... but at almost a $26.00 order, I tend to trust it will be correct. Maybe I've learned my lesson.

OH BTW... we surely do miss those amazing onion rings... NOTHING anywhere else like them.

This is the establishment in North Parkway; I've been there before and never had an issue with online orders and drive-thru pick up. This time, I went for the fish sandwich because of good reviews. I have to say, it's the best so far out of two other chain establishments.
