This is one of my favorite local post offices, I have New Market address but actually am in Hg.
When i go in Penny is always so sweet and efficient about my order.
She also was gracious enough to let me get piece of tape. Bc my ???? package was popping open.

I will be back in. I love the USPS
They help me tremendously with packages for my husband in nursing home.

This post office does not deliver items on time. Lots of time the item will show delivered and would not be delivered. Or delivered to completely wrong address. The mail dashboard shows you would be receiving certain mail items yet two to three days later they will show up.

I never had an issue until today. The mail carrier is usually very nice. But today, I guess they were too tired to knock on the door to deliver my parcel from England that I've been waiting for all day. There were two adults and a teenager at home yet somehow none of us heard the mail carrier knock on the door? Very unlikely. Now my options are to take off work to go pick it up or arrange to have it re-delivered so that they can be too lazy to actually deliver it again. Awesome. Thanks a lot.

I have always been very satisfied with New Market Post Office and the delivery staff working out of there. I have packages and my mail delivered on time, the same time roughly, every day. My mailman is even courteous enough to apply postage stamps to my outbound mail if I leave him change in the mailbox. Now that is going over and above the call of duty for your customers and I am very thankful.

Do not know why so many bad reviews! We have extremely good interactions with staff and mail carrier. We travel a lot and they are always kind about holding mail while we are gone. Vickie our mail carrier is awesome. And the lady and gentleman at post office have been very helpful! We are moving out of state and will miss their personal touch!

No mail in 3 days. Postal delivery person goes down one side of Tanner Point Drive turns on Turtle Point Drive and then skips the east side of Tanner Point Drive. I am fed up with not getting our mail.

I use to receive my packages on time. I have been ordering online a bit more since covid, but when I receive the tracking info, it never comes when tracking says. Use to it would be before the tracking schedule. I guess they’ve just gotten lazy. I’m not sure but when I pay for something, I don’t appreciate a business not being professional with it. Especially with how much those mail carriers make. My recent package was delivered on October 6th to the New Market USPS and was suppose to be delivered the 8th. Today is the 14th and I have yet to receive this package. My last package they held for 2 weeks because I have dogs (THAT WERE INSIDE) without sending a notice or anything. Ya I’m a little angry about it.. I’ve actually had my carrier tell me they’re all upset because Amazon is shipping packages through them instead of fedex.. still they get paid to do it and I paid for my product that hasn’t been received because of USPS not because of the company ordered through.. I just wish they’d do their job!
