We tried replacing the torsion spring ourselves. Not a wise idea! A lot of aggravation and sweat. Called a few garage door repair services and E & S Garage Door Repair were the first ones to respond. Joel and Jordan were here at the house within 30 minutes. Super nice guys! They scoped out our DIY job and corrected our workmanship. They aligned and leveled the door and adjusted the travel on the door opener. Their fee is much more reasonable than the bigger guys. We are happy campers. It’s working smooth!

AMAZING!!! Definitely will use him again! My wheel was off the track, so he fixed that and he replace my motor.

Unfortunately for me, today was my second visit from Josh! Both times have been random and I needed him to come quick, and he did! He is extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. I home we don’t have any more mishaps, but if we do I’ll be calling him!

Initially, Joel was absolutely amazing! They’ve worked on my primary residence as well as my rental, however, after my last install/repair Joel “ghosted” me without any explanation. Installed a system that was supposed to wifi enabled and was not! $500 later I’m stuck with a product that was not what was promised to me. Not sure where we went wrong or why, but I’m highly disappointed.

I had a need for a Torsion Spring to be replaced. I posted the job on Sunday evening 8PM. Joel English contacted ME about the job. I explained my situation and Monday morning around lunch time he was on the job. He promptly showed up & had the parts, tools & equipment to do the job right. Approximately 45 minutes later I have a fully functioning, adjusted & tuned in garage door again. I am extremely pleased with the job both in quality & price which includes a guarantee for labor & parts. YES I recommend Joel & his company. You will not be disappointed.

Mr. Joel English and his crew at E&S Garage Door Repair did an absolutely fantastic job. He went above and beyond the norm. He repaired a broken main structural frame member, then replaced two garage door motors, springs, motion sensors, door open/close wall buttons, new clickers and even through in an outside code opener at my home - all in one day. He stayed after to fine tune the door operation, grease everything up, add safety wire to the springs, and showed me how to program the remotes and PIN pad! The price was well worth the quality workmanship. I will continue to call on E&S in the future and will definitely recommend him to all my friends and family. A+++ work!!!

I am very pleased. Arrived on time and got straight to work. He had to replace the gear and I asked him to go on and replace the springs on the door. He was done within an hour cleaned up and was on his way. Very nice gentleman. He responded promptly and was very professional. I would definitely recommend E&S Garage Door Repair.

My torsion spring broke on Sunday afternoon. I called to leave a message and Joel called me back not even 5 minutes after I called. On a Sunday afternoon. I was amazed. He didn't have the part in stock but was able to get it Monday morning. He kept me in touch as to what time he would be here. He was early and completed the job very quickly. He also gave me some great tips to keep it lasting longer. Awesome job I am very happy with the service and his professionalism. Thank you Joel.

Can’t say enough positive things about E&S Garage Door Repair Company! Very professional, personable, knowledgeable, outstanding quality of work, and very reasonably priced!
