My girlfriend and I love to come in the mornings and enjoy breakfast and have Nicole serve us she is phenomenal!!

This evening we were hungry and decided we would go and get us some Waffle House because we are used to the good service but were left so exceedingly disappointed! Not only was our service absolutely awful but the food itself was terrible!
1.)My “toast” was soggy not toasted buttered bread,
2.) My waffle was cooked with pecans in it when I only asked it to be cooked a little darker than normal(mind you I have a bad allergy to nuts) after we also had to repeat our order three times
3.) Our server decided instead of taking care of their table they would hop on the line and start cooking (which got in the way of the actual person who was trying to make food at a reasonable time
4.) After receiving our food we were never checked on, never had our drinks filled, until after we had finished and our plates were stacked,
5.) When they did return we asked for a TOGO Sweet Tea, a box, and the check. We were brought the tea and the box and the server stood there and wrote a check for the table next to us who had come 10 minutes after us and had just got their food(which took him a literal 5 minutes) and then proceeded to walk to the back. He finally returned and wrote our check which took him another five minutes!

I myself am a server and understand how it can be busy and a rough night but I have NEVER seen service lack to THAT degree!

It is safe to say we will not be returning and will be taking our business to the location by the Cracker Barrel!

This Waffle House hasn’t been here very long, but it is the cleanest, fastest, and friendliest Waffle House I’ve ever been to. The staff as friendly quick to take our order in service or food. Some of the patrons said they would rather eat at this particular waffle house than any in the Tri-County area, which is Montgomery , Autauga and Elmore counties. Go ahead and visit this Waffle House restaurant they are open 24 hours a day ????Make sure you tell him Carolyn sent you.

Food was great only because of the cook name Justin ( cooked & was our waiter ) our waitress ucala hated her job & needs a new one. She was rude, unhelpful & didn't care if we got any of our food or drinks. There was 2 adults and 2 kids in which both of my girls being 12 years old wanted to sit by themselves so we let them set in a boot next to us while me and my wife sit at the bar and our waitress kept trying to get us to sit in the boot with our girls which we did not want to do and told her that now that being said I know as one family we are taking up two sections for tips which to me is no problem I get good service you get good tip I tip enough for me and my wife and my two girls so the waitress or waiter is not messing out on no tip. My 12-year-old girls even caught her rolling her eyes at me when we had to send the hash browns back because they was overcooked when we told her light and she failed to tell the cook. My hats off to the Cook he did an excellent A+ job at cooking and handling the situation and on top of that serving us for which I did tip him well and to me for service like that demand deserves a raise the waitress deserves a pink slip if you don't like your job or don't want to do your job then find one you do want to do instead of making a company look bad.

Friendly staff like the waiters and cook.
Ordered the "All Star Breakfast". Grilled chicken sandwiches with hash browns meals are delicious. Day shift the "Best"..,look for John, Kayla, or Cole...

This place has the duuuuumbest policy. On weekends you can't walk in and place a order to go, you can only order through the app, Wich , mind you doesn't work properly. So, as I'm sitting down in the lobby trying to figure out this app I see 2 more people walk in to place to go orders , are told they can't order at the counter like everyone has for the past 80 years, they both just turn around and walk out... Myself being frustrated with the app also gives up and walks out...what a wonderful and intelligent business model waffle house! How much money are y'all loosing on the weekends over this ridiculous policy?? I was ordering for 4 other people plus myself, easily $100 order, you just let it walk out ... Genius!

Got a Togo and watched them plate it up, and it sat there in a bag for almost 10 minutes. I finally had to ask for my food after one waitress told me to move to a side seat to wait for my food, that was already bagged up. The food was fine, but this place don't run like the others. Kinda rude.

Was there 20 minutes and was never served! Little light skinned, red headed black girl was too busy talking to take our order. Then she takes an order from someone who came in after us. It’s 2am with 4 customers. I won’t be back!!

The clowns at this Waffle House are awful! I Ordered a Double QP with NO CHEESE add bacon and hashbrowns scattered chunked and topped....there was no bacon on the burger and you added cheese to my hashbrowns and I had to remind you to add chili on top! This place needs new staff with a functioning brain and capability of understanding how to take , prepare, and deliver a proper order!
