I ordered a 20 piece McNuggets and only received 10. I also ordered a Cheeseburger with ONLY KETCHUP, I got a cheeseburger with onions on it. Also the Dr Pepper was watery and had no flavor at all. I called to let someone know my order was wrong and the girl told me there was definitely more than 10 nuggets and made it to seem like I didn't know what I was talking about.

This is the worst McDonald's in all of Central Alabama. Not only is the staff rude, they start out their normal greeting with "Go head..." You can't even make a proper order because all of their drive-through screens are broken and have been for almost 2 years now! See the images below! If I could give this "slow food" restaurant an even lower score, I would in a heartbeat. Don't waste your time or support them with your money.

Store is NEVER open on time on weekends. They will open anywhere from 6:05 up to 7:00. You can pull up there at 6:30 & see them inside but they won't even acknowledge you are in the drive thru. When they do finally come it's go head. Me big breakfast please. Them first window. Pull up to window. Me Good Morning. Them 6.19 rings up sale runs card sticks card & receipt out window. Me thank you. Them shuts window. Pull up to next window. Me Good morning. Them shoves bag out window shuts window.

Ice cream machine NEVER works... the few times I have ordered food (#7 combo which is 2 cheese burgers fries and a Coke) they always ask me to pull up and wait. As soon as I ask for my money back my food is magically done and appears.... this was my last trip here, the McDonald's at the interstate and the one in Wetumpka are both much better!

Ordered food thru app as I was waiting in the drive through. At the speaker I gave my order # and asked that fries plz be hot n fresh as well reminded no onions on hamburger. I once again asked when I got the receipt at the first window. However the fries were room temperature and the hamburger ended up having Onions on it! The staff was not very friendly and obviously did not communicate very well I will give it another try but if things don't improve, I won't return!

The girls that take the orders here are SO EFFIN RUDE!!! seriously... Not only me, but my sister and my boyfriend who all go through separately have had extremely terrible attitudes from these people.. like how hard is it to just talk in a respectful tone of voice? I literally work fast food as well and this behavior is completely ridiculous. I get it's a stressful job, but it's not hard to just talk. Without attitude. Like, grow up, little teenage brats!!

Ordered fries, and the containers were half full. Ordered extra sauce to go with chicken nuggets and got NONE. Ordered a double quarter pounder got a single. Nuggets were mashed. Fish sandwich had about a 1/3 slice of cheese. I never complain about food. I always try to be considerate of the workers, but this order was rediculous. So disappointed.

Rude team. Dirty store. I was ignored. Ordered 2 drinks and was ignored, the girl even acknowledged ignoring me, until the manager demanded she get my 2 drink cups. Then the sweet tea was out after that anyway.

The store had ample employees, but it was chaos

Hoping all the team gets help and training to make them succeed..
