The worst biscuit I've ever eaten. Overcooked, hard biscuit. Paid 5.00 for loaded omelet biscuit that had very small amount of meat and eggs and cheese was only half way on the biscuit. I could only eat the middle part of the biscuit. It will be a long time before I go there again!

The visit went well. The transition from breakfast to lunch caused a delay in receiving our food. They were out of grits so we had to exchange for fries. The food itself was very good and is was an ok visit

Service was trash. The drive thru employee was rude. Poor customer service. I wanted to drive off but it wasn't my order. Terrible!

Usually I get a great biscuit that is freshly made, today I ordered a steak & egg biscuit. Honestly this is the worst biscuit I've ever eaten it was cold, my guess it was probably well over an hour old. Lately I stop elsewhere because they're incredibly slow. Now I will have to worry if my food will be cold. You guys need to get your act together or you will put yourselves out of business.

One time in 2019, I ordered unsweet tea and found it like this at home. No idea what this is, maybe coffee diluted with tea, maybe a bit of dirt in the pipes, but probably the sediment/dregs at the bottom of the previous day's tea? Disgusting.

I'll say now in 2021 I've been back since and not found this again. But the food is just OK and if you want breakfast while they're busy, it's almost as fast to drive 2 miles further to Jack's. Bumped up to 2, would give 2.5 if possible.

Ordered in the drive thru. Didn't even say all my order and she was telling me what my total was. Sat at the window almost 10 minutes before anyone came to the window. Waited another 5 minutes or so for my food. Frys looked like they had been cooked in oil that was a few weeks old.
We stopped eating there last year because of this same reason but decided to give them another shot.
NEVER AGAIN.

Every time I come here for breakfast, they give me a cold, hard biscuit that they must have put together the week before. I’ve come at 6 a.m. and I’ve come at 10 a.m with the exact same results. The time doesn’t matter. You could be the first customer of the day and they’ll still serve you up a Civil War-era biscuit.

Definitely worth your time to just drive to the one in Prattville. Don’t literally throw away $20 worth of food because you ordered it from here; I threw mine away for you. Would give them 0 stars if it was an option.
