Just not a fan for a variety of reasons, and believe it or not, it isn't because they didn't have staff. They had plenty. Most of whom stood around talking to each other instead of doing anything. Not very friendly. Not a single cashier, they only had self checkouts available.

I understand going through a remodel... I've worked in grocery. Ran a store... but if you're going to be open to the public at the same time... it might be a good idea to actually care that you have customers in the store.

Ok, I get they are trying to go through some changes and add in a pharmacy drive through here, but don't change your signage until you are ready to open these things. Tried calling them to get my pickup order, and the phone number to the pickup counter has been disconnected. The best part of my experience was Catherine in pickup.

I won’t be back!!! I shop at this store once to twice a week. Upon checking out, my dollar got jammed in the self check out. No big deal. The lady over seeing that area was very nice and I waited for a supervisor for 10 minutes. Again, not a big deal. Where my issue comes into play is the man at the door wanted to check my receipt. I asked him why. He said it was his job to do so and I told him no I wasn’t showing my receipt especially since if I was trying to steal something, I’m sure they would’ve seen that as I waited for the supervisor at self check out to unjam my dollar for 10 minutes. He told me to stop and I kept on walking and told him no cause I haven’t done anything wrong. It is a violation of my rights. It’s 1030 Thursday night and I’m in the parking lot writing this and I WILL NOT be back to this Walmart!!! Completely uncalled for!!! Extremely uncalled for!!! I don’t steal and have never stolen anything in my life and if I did wanna steal something, best believe,it certainly wouldn’t be a made in China item from fricken’ Walmart!!!

I had a very positive experience at this Walmart. I was looking for a single toothbrush holder for a trip. I was short on time and a little stressed. I went to the toothbrush section and couldn’t find it. An associate was on that aisle at the time, and she asked me what I was looking for. I told her, and she walked me right to where the toothbrush holders were. It saved me time and frustration. I’m usually shy to ask for help. For no reason, that’s just my nature. But it meant something that she asked me without me saying anything and led me to what I was looking for. Thank you all! I’ll be back!

BAD DAY TURNED GOOD. Had to drive out of Athens since my local Walmart had no handicapped scooters. I was feeling very discouraged about getting my vacation errands run. I asked a young man working in the parking lot if he knew whether there were any scooters at the entrance I was parked near (trying to save another walk in and out). He was so kind to me and not only checked on availability, but BROUGHT IT OUT TO ME. It is amazing how an act of kindness can reverse the entire mood of the day. Thank you to Tyrek from the bottom of my heart.

I ordered 4 cases of jars for delivery that were listed as available. The shopper substituted with regular mouth instead of the wide that I ordered. I got a notification that the jars were delivered, and immediately went to the door to bring them in. They weren't at the side door as I had requested. I went to the front door. Not there either. I checked the "proof of delivery" photo.... The driver took a picture of the front of my house from the road. There are no jars in the photo. They did not leave the jars! They took a picture and left! I tried to call the store, and when I selected the option for online order delivery issues, I got the recording stating my call cannot be completed as dialed!

Very rude employees talking out loud based off my appearance they spoke loudly of how I might talk back to them and “don’t want to deal with her attitude.” I could add more but the foul language would probably ghost list this review.

Only reason I gave a 2 was because of the greeter and I was able to find my items I came in for (behind all the clutter.)

This was once the best walmart and it was worth driving from Athens to visit bug I might have to go back if they’re going to be rude and disrespectful.

Always well stocked and clean and organized. When I 1st moved here..I thought the store was NEW. Staff is very helpful too..they will walk with you to find items. Great place to shop.
