Place is trash. Prices are double the price of the next closest water company, water is disgusting ????

Maybe worth a half of star. Customer service is extremely rude. Absolutely no help whatsoever and apparently don’t have to answer a phone call if it’s within 15 minutes of closing.

I WOULDN’T GIVE THEM ONE STAR IF THAT WAS AN OPTION!! They have been notified by MANY different customers of all our water smelling strong of bleach. They tell us let it sit out the smell will go away, they say it’s safe for us to use but not for long term well that’s strange as I live here and do not plan to move. They don’t care we are having to buy bottle water to drink and pay a bill for water that isn’t safe to even bathe in!! Beyond ridiculous at how little help they are!! Our skin and hair is so dry and itchy, our eyes and noses are burning all from showering this isn’t right and they need to fix this!

I wish i could give this company less than one star. They supply us with contaminated water and we have to pay a $40 minimum a month for. We moved into a new home this past month and paid for our water and services for our new home, then received a bill for -$36 for June. Our new bill for July (that isn’t due until July 20) is now for $79. On top of all of this, they shut our water off with no warning for not paying a negative bill. Wow... what service... how does it go from DeKalb Jackson Water owing me money to them shutting my water off?

WHOEVER answers the phone needs some customer service training. They may be a good business but she needs to work in the back stocking or something other than dealing with the public!
