The Henagar, AL McDonald's is the cleanest one I've ever been too. The food is fresh and the employees are always friendly and professional. It reminds me of how McDonald's was 30-40 years ago growing up as a kid. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered three mcdoubles, two of them only had one patty instead of two. The other wasn't even a patty it was McChicken with ketchup.

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star. What's the purpose of ordering off the app when it takes your money and doesn't send the order through. I had it on my screen where it took the order. They didn't have the order nor did they refund our money. The little person in charge said "it'll be refunded within 24 hrs since you didn't come to pick it up" but I was there to pick it up. I asked for the store manager, on vacation. I asked for the number to the district manager, didn't even know who it was(person in charge should have a contact). I asked who the owner was, she didn't know that either. Either way they got our money and we didn't get breakfast.

They have teens working here that don’t do anything except chase away customers. Of course the ice cream machine is broken 9 out of 10 times which is fine since the Mapco next door sells hand scooped ice cream. So keep your rude employees and dirty ice cream machine and I’ll be next door giving the Mapco my business from now on.

Usually don’t get on Google for reviews. But this place is the worst. I come here just about everyday, because there’s nothing else to eat nearby & when I tell you it’s something wrong with my order every time I’m not exaggerating at all. Maybe a drink, maybe a missing sandwich, maybe the wrong size fries. It’s always something

This McDonald's opens and closes whenever they feel like it. Three times I've come by before closing and they are "closed" and the sign is still lit up. And they for sure are not open until midnight anymore on weekends at all. One time I came by nearly two hours before closing and workers standing around outside yelled that they were closed. If you want a McDonald's that will actually be open I would avoid this location.

I’m a restaurant manager, I was before the pandemic and currently still am so I refrain from leaving comments especially on Google but I have experienced POOR service from this location multiple times over the past year(that I have lived in Henagar)therefore I try not to visit. Tonight I closed and was almost home when my daughter called to say she and some friends were at the house and they were hungry..could I grab some food on my way home? Well that’s where I ran into an issue…at 10:36pm your restaurant was completely closed down, I drove around to be sure that the drive-thru stated that you closed at 11:00pm which is when I saw what appeared to be a manager walking around checking to make sure the doors were all locked! She was a dark haired heavy set lady wearing a light blue button down shirt! As I stated earlier I am a restaurant manager therefore I know that locking the doors early isn’t ACCEPTABLE!!!!
