I had an experience recently where I waited 45 minutes in the pick-up area for an order, but when the associate came to deliver the order, he was so kind-- so I thought 'benefit of the doubt'. However, today absolutely ruined it. I showed up within my pick-up window (8.53am) -- and after waiting over thirty minutes, decided to cancel my order and go inside to shop. It wasn't a huge order, but it included some heavier items and I'm seven months pregnant, so I was trying to avoid having to lift them. However, there were numerous people out of their cars, talking to associates and within the thirty minutes, I saw one customer get their order. So, I went inside, shopped and was on my way home by 9.55a. At 10.37a-- almost an hour and forty-five minutes after I had originally checked in-- an associate called me to tell me they had my order ready and were trying to bring it to my car. I explained it had been cancelled and it had been over an hour and a half since I checked in. Tonight-- I receive an email that my order was marked as picked up and I was charged. So if you cancel a pick-up order, make sure they don't mark it as picked up because you'll still be charged, even if you don't receive the items. Zero desire to ever shop here again. Way too many issues.

Do not and I repeat DO NOT do a curbside pickup unless you want to hate your life. This is the second time that they have taken over an hour to bring me my stuff. Waited almost 2 hours this time over 3.5 the first time and now I probably won’t get my money back for 13 days because we couldnt wait anymore and had to cancel the order.

I have to say that the shelves do pretty much stays stocked @ this location. I do feel as if I am stereotyped in a sense here because I do go here a lot more when I am working rather than when I am home so I look a bit dirty which does make people question my motives. However,but do tend to get followed and dirty glances more at this particular store

I cant say its the worst store I've been in...but its getting close. I have to do my main grocery run during the week cause they would be out of so many things on the weekends. They never have more than 4 cashiers working. I've been to plenty of Walmart in Alabama and there is definitely room for improvement

Used the delivery option for my disabled mom. I paid an extra 18 bucks for express delivery she only had 4 items.
Chips, ice cream,candy,soda my home delivery was set for 6:30 p.m they some how got delayed!!!! And reached out about 7:15 stating they were 10 minutes out only to TURN BACK TO THE STORE AND CANCEL MY ORDER… I am pissed. I paid for express fee and gave a tip. Now I am chatting with a virtual customer service with no delivery time STILL.

Placed a pickup order and after receiving the notification that my order was ready and arriving within the pickup time frame, still waited over 4 hours for the order before finally cancelling. Went inside to buy just a few pizzas to cover supper since it was already going on 9:30pm and I was not in the mood to spend another hour trying to fully grocery shop.

Only 2 people working the registers and the rest is self checkout. Where's the customer service experience??
