I was passing through here early one morning last week when I stopped and ordered 2 biscuit sandwiches with eggs sausage and cheese. Got all the way home and saw they gave me only sausage and biscuit sandwiches. No eggs or any cheese. Soooo sad!! I mean I would have forgiven the eggs missing but cheese is what makes these sandwiches!!! I called them to let them know but they said I would have to come all the way back with the sandwiches and I didn't have time nor gas for that, so I was left with stuff I didn't order and didn't enjoy. So sad.

I’m ONLY giving this two stars, because there were SUPER NICE AND INCREDIBLE! But fact of the matter is your kitchen staff thinks it’s funny to leave out peoples food! I literally said he knew he did it!!! And basically didn’t even care!! y’all wonder why people will drive the distance to the one on 18th 19th St.!!! This is why! And really none of them are any better cause every time I come in the morning something gets left out!!! I literally come every single Saturday morning and almost ordered the same exact thing every time!!! How can you manage to not put my stuff in the bag?! Especially since I come weekly!!! I mean my God, and either way you should be going down the receipt and making sure everything’s in the bag!!! I worked to go for an actual restaurant! Chili’s to be exact!!! And my orders were never missing anything!!! And if they were, it was because somebody else helped me with the order and they screwed it up!!! You have one job when somebody is coming through to go… make sure they get all of their items!!!! Cause who really wants to come back and have to get their stuff!!! I paid for my stuff I should receive it the first time I go through the line!!! Not have to pull up and go back in! EVERY TIME! Whether it be a hash brown, being left out or an order of bacon being left out!!! Like dude KNEW he left it out and just thought it was funny!!! And no manager reprimanded him nothing!!!! This is why people only by fast food because they have to!

Most of the time it be okay but tonight we was in line to long to get some half cooked chicken, the green beans were sour, and the mash potatoes had no taste at all. I need a refund because I ordered 3 plates ????

Every time I go there I get home and find something wrong with my order, you can't call to speak to a manager because they NEVER answer the phone. Now I'm gonna have to start checking my order thoroughly before I leave the restaurant, it's sad customer service is so poor in these restaurants now.

Breakfast is always slow the staff in the drive thru is always rude , waiting in the drive thru at times for over 15 mins for the food to be microwaved to warm it up. This place use to be fast and always fresh. Honestly I can truly say in the past 10 times I came I have thrown atleast half of my meals away as it was disgusting. Today I pulled in the drive thru at 10:23 I'm sitting at the speaking still waiting at 10:43 and yet to order. And a manager is running the drive thru. Do better Jack's

They are ridiculous, everytime I go there they NEVER have any wings!! Don't recommend. Today is 12/17/22 have them another try ordered chicken dinner, big bacon no tomato with extra mayo and hot honey chicken sandwich. 30$ got home and the big bacon was a big jack with tomato no extra mayo took it back got hot home and my hot chicken sandwich was not good.

Never seen so many flies in a restaurant. Tea was not at all sweet. Couldn't finish the food because it made me sick
