Well. Not sure how or why this store even opens the doors.
Less good less care less and less...
Had to approach counter after waiting and watching others order be served and be gone. Biscuit was raw. Ate the steak and drank coffee.

The manager of this store runs it like it is her own.

Kay and, it seems, Emily are there every single morning.
They smile, greet us personally and make 'time' for us. All while never ever slowing the forward motion of food, guests, drive through and the dining room.

Please acknowledge the intense and continual efforts of these people for representing your business in its best possible light.

Clean and nice environment, food is always fresh and great customer service!!! My family and I drive from across town just to eat here, we love it. thanks for everything you guys do

Price at the window is different than it is on the menu and then I got fries for breakfast instead of hash browns and everything just tasted like complete garbage, done with Hardee's forever. I hope they go out of business as soon as possible.

Ordered number three combo the Frisco sandwich with the fries and a drink. I charge 1470 got home and there’s no bacon on my damn sandwich. I’ve got a leave in 20 minutes. I don’t have time to run back. Nobody answers the damn phone now I see why this place ain’t busy maybe I need to close all the Hardee’s.

I ordered online & my order was placed at 9:58 am & showed it would be ready at 10:11. However, it wasn’t ready & I waited until 10:50. We are talkin a couple biscuits, a biscuit & gravy, French toast sticks & 2 bottles of orange juice. Thankfully I checked my bag before leaving Bc I was missing 4 of the items I was supposed to have & paid for. It was a nightmare.

I placed my order in drive-thru, paid at the window and was told after receiving my order that chicken tenders and shakes were out (part of my $50 order), so I "wasn't charged for them" but never received a receipt (out of paper).

To spend 30 minutes in a line an not be told that the items requested were unavailable until AFTER receiving the order is unacceptable!!

Order the double cheeseburger special with extra pickles. Order took almost 10 minutes to be prepared. Arrived with extra onions but not extra pickles. Service wasn't nearly as friendly as other locations that I frequent.
