Good folks, I will always miss Mrs Linda and Cecil Reed , they always treated me like family and all their clients. I started using the one in Rainsville after Linda's passing ( her son ) they are professional and reliable. I highly recommend.

We used this place last year and they are so rude especially the lady that does your taxes. Best advice leave this place alone.

I would advise that you DO NOT use this business to prepare your taxes. This is not the first, but the second time they have input my bank information incorrectly when preparing my taxes, which is resulting in a 4 week delay on my refund. When I called to try to resolve the issue, Lisa would not even speak to me, stating that I still owe her money from doing my taxes this year, which to my knowledge was supposed to be taken out when she prepared them. I have been going here to get my taxes prepared since I was 15 years old and I will be 30 this year. I was always satisfied with Mr. Cecil Reeds wife when she prepared my taxes, before she passed away. I am very dissatisfied with the attitude, service, and hospitality I received!! I will NOT be using Reed's Tax service for as long as there is a breath in my body and I will also recommend that you don't spend your hard earned money with this business.
