I order from this restaurant at least twice a week. I absolutely love the chicken and rice, which I add pineapple also. I have never had a bad experience here at all.

Took a small group and stopped for lunch before going to Monster jam in Huntsville AL. Got there 10 minutes before opening. Got seated quickly, everyone placed their orders and we had our meals shortly. Chips were nice and warm. Great guac.

Usually get Pollo Loco which is amazing there. This time ordered Chicken Fajitas. Also good. Waitress forgot about me. Ran out of drink. Never got bill. I went to front to pay and manager(owner?) saw I didn't have bill and wouldn't let me pay. I tried. He insisted. Good gesture. Still giving 5 star because there service is typically very good.

First time going, it’s been in Gurly since I’ve lived here (2010) and our dinner was amazing!! No wait at all and dinner was in front of us only 15 minutes after ordering! We never had to ask for anything! GREAT FOOD! Very nice staff!!

Had another wonderful experience here. The food was delicious and service was great. I really enjoy going to El Coyote for dinner!

We’ve been going here for years and the food is usually fine… I’d say better than average. However, the service has been declining over our last several visits… some visits are fine and then there are experiences like this afternoon’s. We had a party, so we already knew they would include tip; however, paying a tip implies that you get service worth paying a tip. We had lackluster service with many empty drinks, including margaritas.

Anyway, just be aware that 15% tip (after tax, which is not the standard) is included for parties so they are guaranteed tip regardless of service quality. And please understand, that I have been in the industry and usually tip 20-25% on a regular basis, but this practice irks me and drives poor service like this afternoon’s. Easily the worst service we’ve had in recent memory.
