Very spacious and stocked. Good vibe and flow through the store. Restrooms available and pharmacy. Great selection of foods and healthy choices also.

This Publix is my happy place! The staff is so friendly, the store is clean and orderly, and the options available are wonderful. Lots of vegan food items are available for me. Sushi is GREAT - they have a few vegan rolls. There are vegan cookies at the bakery in the back. When I walk out with my groceries, I feel like a movie star!

The pharmacist decided I had to wait a week to get my post surgery eye drops even though they agreed to fill it 2 days earlier. Evidently, they think the insurance company is smarter than my doctor! The pharmacist said I used it too fast. (6 times a day for 10 days) Finally, I found out that the fuss was all over $20, so I authorized it, and they said it would be another 2 hours. I had run out, so that meant that I missed a dose. Later, I was notified it was ready for pickup, but when I got there, I had to wait 5 more minutes while they finished up preparing it. Worst of all, 3 different members of the staff were irritated with me for insisting that they fill the prescription immediately. They said they were understaffed. I guess I'll look for a friendlier pharmacy going forward.

The best customer service comes from the Deli area. The rest of the staff could benefit from a training on how to greet customers, we don't bite. On the contrary, we enjoy the quality of products that we venture their willing to pay the higher price...seems like a higher quality of customer service would be included. Just a suggestion.

By far my favorite store! It’s honestly a typical Publix super clean, neat, organized, and well stocked. Friendly people and just all around nice store. The deli is always awesome. I buy the vast majority of my food items here. Never had a negative experience , which is what makes them so awesome.

Always a joy to shop at Publix in Foley. All of the employees are happy friendly and very helpful. No matter what time of day. They are always looking to make things more efficient. The staff is five star all around.

Great place to find those unique products. Dairy free. Allergen free. Non-GMO. Yummy

Extremely clean and organized very well managed. Everyone is extremely friendly and my experience at the new Foley publix was spectacular I highly recommend this location to everyone. It is much more convenient to come here instead of gulf shores as a Foley resident! And because of its compact nature all the produce and the meat is extremely fresh as it runs out much quicker than it would at a larger location there is also self check out which is much more convenient than the traditional waiting in line despite the fact that there is very few people in line with the amount of staff they have currently.

My experience wasn't very good because I received a text message saying my prescriptions was ready and when I tried to confirm that they were finished I was told rudely that they wasn't. And they weren't going to be ready for several hours. Knowing that they sent me a message they acted like it didn't matter. Maybe next time they will get it right.
