Enjoyed our shopping trip. Some of these comments are extremely weird like paying for a cart. Yes it does cost a quarter but it is returned when you return the cart. You will only get a few selections per product but prices are better than Publix or Winn Dixie. Small store, clean, and efficient very much a product of Germany. If you don't bring a bag it will cost money for a shopping bag as its a way for them to help keep prices down. The bag is like $0.15 for paper and reusable bags are a $1 Overall super happy to have them in Foley as it adds another choice versus having to go to Walmart or some of the other extremely busy store.

I'm surprised at the decent quality and selection of produce. I'd last been to an Aldi probably 15 years ago and remember it being pretty yucky inside, but this one is actually kind of nice, yet still no-frills. Lots of off brand products but they look like they're not awful quality anymore like they used to be. A small selection of name brands at competitive prices.

Don't forget to bring a quarter for the carts, and boxes or totes since they don't bag groceries.

Myself and my sister in law was traveling all day ,I saw your store before our destination, to get a few items!
I am diabetic and had to use the washroom!
They had a basket in front of the toilet …and had one cashier … big line , Fri afternoon, no one was there for me to ask if I can go use another wash room !
When I use the bathroom,& came out, your employee was so nasty to me in front of everyone!!
I was so embarrassed, I know , I was wrong but she was horrible shouting at me in front of young and old!
I apologized again to her and told her about my kidney problems!
Was nothing wrong w bathroom and was clean!!!!
I will tell everyone about this horrible experience!
Thank you , she don’t need to be in charge!
Million dollars store need to have a great manager!

This location has all of the Aldi’s favorites we come for - coffee, chips, and it also has a good selection of fresh produce. There is often only one checkout person, who is very efficient and quick. But I do wish self-checkout was an additional option, as sometimes the person ahead in line has a huge cartful.

You’ll need to bring your own bag or use one of the shipping boxes you’ll find in the store. Paying for bags is an option also.

Fresh produce! Really great prices. Fun little section nick named the aisle of shame. Pet items children stuff and adult fun things

Great store. I buy all my groceries at Aldi. Get a lot of food for the money, then you do anywhere else in Foley

The Aldi store in Foley, AL was clean, well-stocked, uncluttered...a far cry from my regular shopping trips to Walmart, however, the selection of alternatives to various groups of products was somewhat limited, waiting lines developed quickly & time spent getting to the the register wasn't insignificant. I will say that cashiers are extremely fast & efficient & managers stepped in quickly to prevent waiting times from becoming too onerous. As this was my first trip I was a bit unsure when entering the store, as first off I didn't see any buggies then when I asked out-loud some other customer at ck-out said, "do you have a quarter," so I'm thinking smarta** right? But no, they were outside neatly parked in two rows one behind the other as they should be, but what threw me was the fact you need a quarter to unlock a chain which secures each buggy to the next one, then when you finish you return the buggy, lock it back to the last one, then retrieve your quarter...voila! All in all, pleasantly surprised by low prices, lower than Walmart, fresh _ruit & produce & ease of navigating the store. Oh, & no plastic bags, you either bring your own or purchase one of theirs, which are a good, inexpensive alternative.

Enjoyed my first visit. Didn't understand Procedure at checkout and was rudely told how it was, by lady employee at check out. As far as the store I'll be back - but will Avoid her registry .
