I have to say the worst experience I've had at Applebee's. None of their outside lights were on, so it was completely blacked out. Therefore, I had the hardest time finding their location...pulled up for a curbside order that was paid in full and waited fifteen minutes, so I called three times with no response. I went in there and guess what, they are not busy at all! Of course, I talked to the manager, and she was supposed to be on carside orders! Plus, I work with a crew of about 30 people... you know the rest. NOT WORTH THE STOP!

Our server was excellent and very helpful. Relaxing atmosphere as always comfortable seating and booths. Food was ok, not the best I had from other Applebee's. I give 4 stars overall. Our server I give 10 stars.

Absolutely amazing food and service. Our server Adam has waited on us the past several times we have visited and he is by far the best. We now ask for him specifically when we go in. He makes you feel welcomed and checks on you multiple times and is very friendly. We usually get the 2 for $30 and get buffalo wings for appetizer and alternate between steak, ribs and the bourbon street chicken and shrimp. This is one of our favorite places to go. Great place for a strawberry margarita also. We will definitely be back

Friendly servers and good food. I had fettuccine Alfredo with broccoli and chicken and it was very nice. But it’s very filling so I’m taking half of it home for dinner.

I also really like the fact that they put the calories on the menu. It helps me to plan a proper meal.

Our server was good. Food was decent. I waited about 15 to 20 minutes for my Perfect Margarita only for it to have fruit flies in it.......????
I watched the bartender and I know I got the bottom of the bottle........but....ewwww. my chicken tenders and fries were good. No complaints there.
Let's talk about the building. OMG. If I were not with a group, I would have turned around and walked out. It is dusty. It is moldy. Walking through the front doors, there needs repairs. This place needs to be shut down and cleaned if not remodeled. I will NOT eat there again.

TERRIBLE. We were reluctant to come back here after years of being away. We should have stayed away. Literally two tables sat in the whole place and it took forever to get drinks or place an order. Several employees just sitting around chatting and doing nothing while we waited for everything. I had to get up and go get my own drinks because no one would come to the table. Just go somewhere else and let this place hurry and go out of business so we can put something better in its place.

This is literally the worst Applebees in the whole country. We had a party of 5 and the host said we can’t sit you until your whole party is here, I know that isn’t true.. why lie? Then said she couldn’t sit us at a round booth, that we had to sit where she wanted us, also know that’s a lie! Then she proceeded to mean mug me from the host stand/table at the bar. After 30 minutes of having our whole party there still no server or drinks. It’s not like the restaurant was busy, literally everyone else that walked in after us was helped. None of Applebees standards were met. Glad to know we are not welcome to eat in your establishment.

Although there was more than enough wait staff for restaurant, service was terrible. The restaurant was only about 1/3 full, but the staff was doing more socializing amongst themselves rather than tending to customers. Don’t waste your money. Fast food would have been a better choice.
