Great experience! I stopped intending to buy a new laptop but wasn't sure what I needed. Brian was terrific in explaining what they had vs. what would be useful for my particular need. Completely smooth transaction and highly satisfied with the experience. Anyone in the market should find Brian!

I usually spend time going throughout the store each time I go there because I live so far away and I like to see what's new and what improvements are made to products I use. At 79 years old, I like to see the newest products and improvements and being a retired Electrical contractor with an extensive electronics back ground too, makes me even more interested in the improvements.
Being able to work with knowledgeable is a huge plus for me. I never get over how all of the people I've ever asked a location of something in the store, they know within inches just where those items are.
Don't get me all wrong here, I DO know where my printer ink is.

Great place to shop. Friendly personnel. Good selection at reasonable prices. They offer the "see, touch and hold" factor that cannot be found on the internet.

I’m curious how they have so many positive reviews. I have seen many unhappy customers in the print department over the years.
I myself felt discriminated against today
and I sure the lady there did as well. The man working in the print department was skipping the women in line to help the men. While patiently waiting my turn I went ahead and sent the label to the email required for them to print my copy. The only thing they had to do when it was my turn was simply go to to the computer click and press print. I had my payment ready in hand. Instead of doing this and getting me on my way so they could help other customers who needed more complicated and time consuming things done he asked me what I needed and after realizing I had already sent my label and it was ready to print he decided to help the men behind me and left me standing there for over 20 mins. I have worked in customer service in the past and this would have never been acceptable. Rude. Bad time management skills. I watched him do the same thing to the other female in line. This guy was the “ manager” and literally making the women wait and helping the men behind us first. It should be first come first serve regardless whether you are male or female.

I was waiting on an order, I arrived a few minutes before the completed time and the moment I walked in the door, all of the staff members were amazingly sweet & beyond helpful!

The copy center is an anti-copy center. The guy was so slow, I waited forever for him to wait on me. I waited 30 minutes and was told they couldn't receive my email and couldn't put it on a thumb drive. Total bust. Find another copy center if you can.
