Almost all of the employees are super nice and hard working, except for the server Johanna. She's downright rude. Didn't bring enough straws, didn't refill empty drinks, and was verbally mean.

I always leave satisfied.
Came with a family member. Was welcomed by staff immediately. It was a bit busy, but we must have arrive at the luckiest times, because within 5 min, multiple tables emptied. However, it took over 10 min to sit down, because only 1 person was able to clean and she was also serving multiple tables. We ordered eggs, raisin toast, bacon, waffle, texas breakfast sandwich, tomato juice and 1/2 & 1/2 tea (still too sweet - oh well)
Butter is their favorite ingredient LOL!
Our meals were made just right and very satisfying. Their batter is very different for the waffles. I love it, I love all waffles, but their batter has a different flavor to it! They actually had a can of tomato juice for my dad, so he got to enjoy his breakfast to the full extent. It was a bit noisy, a little annoying that a lady sat, by herself, in the middle of a three-chair lower-counter that's on the other end of the restaurant, which left an empty seat on both sides of her. So couples and other people had to wait for other boothes to open or the high top counter seating to be vacated. Other than that it was a great experience!

Linn, Lynn, I cannot recall the spelling of her name, but she was absolutely lovely. My little boy had a great time and the food was great! Always know I'm getting good food and service at Waffle House

Great service. The waffles at Waffle House have been thin the last few times we visited. If this trend continues, we will no longer be frequenting the resraunts.

It was really dirty. Floors were all extremely greasy and covered in stepped on food! Waffle makers where they are cooked was covered in waffle drippings about an inch thick! Staff was super nice though!

The restaurant was dirty. I mean filthy. Ants were crawling all over the table. The floors were gross. Numerous tables were not cleaned from prior customers. My meal of scrambled eggs and hash browns had burnt remains from other food like the grill hadn't been cleaned. The servers were completely uninterested in doing their jobs. What a disappointment.

Kinda dirty looking but the real gripe would be the price they charge for the food quality you get, all waffle houses are a ripoff in my opinion. Coffee is good though.
