First time with my husband, and we LOVED the food. The owner took our order and gave us the break down of the entire menu. We ordered the Greek Burger and added arugula. They have House Fries and Ox Fries - GET THE OX FRIES. It comes with a glaze that tastes incredible! I would have preferred to order the wings as all flats, so the burger and the fries were in my opinion top notch. Great prices! The atmosphere out on the outdoor patio could have been a little more lively, but overall we enjoyed our experience and our tummy’s were satisfied.

Placed a call in order it was ready in 10 minutes. The burger was delicious and fresh tasting. The meat was definitely real beef and not dry at all. The fries were a little soggy but was good home fries. Bacon cheese burger and fries with a sweet tea cost me 17 dollars.

Pretty basic interior, no atmosphere at all. Burger was good but kind of pricey for 1/4 pound, just under 10 bucks for Burger only, fries are homemade then add a drink and you're in the 16-18.00 dollar range. We found the cashier girl wasn't very willing to help us out with their menu even after we explained to her that we're from out of town and our first time here. Not rude just no help or smile even after she brought us our food. Don't expect over the top service, food or atmosphere.

My husband and I have made a habit of trying new restaurants in each new city we visit. Ox Kitchen is now on our list of favorites; we both had the Ox Burger, which comes with white sauce & Ox gravy; sounds iffy BUT, do not cheat yourself by forgoing both condiments, they took the burger up an unexpected notch! It truly was one of the best burgers we've tasted; the staff was also friendly & helpful, which complimented the whole experience, 10 out of 10 from us!!

Not a big fan. We had high hopes for the Brussels sprouts but it was kind of a burnt vinegar mess. The shrimp
Po boy came out and I swear it was half a sandwich. Pretty small for a po boy. The burger was ok. But definitely not a $10 burger. The staff seems upset they were there and mumbled stuff under their breath. One girl seemed pretty upset she had to take out the trash and huffed and puffed thru it. The place was in general disarray. Maybe wipe off some tables and clean the floor occasionally. Not sure I’ll be back.

We stopped by on a whim and were completely blown away after having no expectations. The food was fantastic and the staff were friendly. The burgers were massive and quite tasty, with lots of good char on the patty and the buns very soft and sweet. The Alabama white sauce really compliments the burgers. The Ox Fries were rich - the au jus/blue cheese combo was quite piquant. You could definitely split an Ox Fries between two instead of getting two orders of house fries as they are big. I want to come back and try a lot more on the menu, so we will be back.

I was suspicious when the food came out before I could put a napkin in my lap. I ordered blackened chicken sandwich, cooked well.
I'm glad I said to cook it well done, otherwise it would have been raw. The blackening spice was barely detectable and the chicken had no flavor even after salting it three times. It was definitely precooked. The bun was cold like it had been taken out of the refrigerator. There was nothing on the sandwich but stringy iceberg lettuce and three thin pickles, maybe mayonnaise.
The meat didn't cover the entire bun. The fries were barely warm and varying degrees of color, certainly not crispy!
For two cokes, two chicken sandwiches and one order of fries, just over $30.00!!
The cokes were good, but that's all.
I'm sorry that our fun day at the Earth Day festivities at the pier ended like this.
We won't be back.

A great spot for a good burger or sandwich. The brussel sprouts were excellent. If I was not just visiting the area, I would definitely come back to try other menu items. The owner was also very friendly and interacted with the customers. Highly recommended.
