The food is good, but it's definitely not the place if you're looking for something authentic. Nice drinks, and the service was good as well.

Best flan I’ve ever had. The sopapilla was not as good. It was a hard tortilla with lots of granulated sugar and cinnamon on it. Taco salad was fresh and tasty. And the fried cheese cake was pretty good. I’ll say hit again though, the flan was excellent!!!

Coming from Escondido, California located in San Diego. We had the best variety of traditional Mexican food places each serving up wonderfully made Mexican dishes. Moving to Alabama we were not hopeful of really good Mexican food. We were pleasantly surprised to find Agave and love the whole experience of wonderful authentic Mexican food and a great atmosphere. Service has always been great. Love this place, their carnitas, is the best I’ve ever had… Highly recommend this Mexican restaurant! ????????????????????????

My husband and I ordered from the lunch menu. Our server was super friendly and quick to bring drinks.

I found the salsa to be a bit on the spicy side, but not too hot. I could tell that it was made in-house because of a very large piece of cilantro in it.

The Pico de Gallo was amazing.

We will be going back. It was very reasonably priced and worth the trip.

I had a great experience with Agave Mexican Restaurant. The food and service was amazing, our waitress which I forgot his name was amazing as well. Provided the correct amount of attention to detail towards our table. Definitely recommend Agave Mexican Restaurant in Fairhope to anyone.

Went after Church with friends and they were busy. Food and service was good. Have to really appreciate service when the table next to you has a party of 10 or more and you still get fair service. I'm sure service is great when not so busy.

Excellent food and service. 8 of us had dinner here. Seated promptly. Our drinks were out quick, beer was cold. The portions are large and well prepared. Everyone pretty happy with their choices. Would return.
