General appearance can be improved. The speakers never sound right. However, it's a pretty normal Walmart experience and the employees seem to let you on their own business.

Never stocked properly. I don’t mind self checkout but at least have enough registers open to prevent standing behind slow people if you expect us to check ourselves out! Be considerate get out of the self checkout line if you’re a slow mover

If it wasn't the only game in town, I'd never step inside the doors. Their managers don't seem to have control over their employees. Workers don't seem to know where anything is when asked. Don't ever ask one of those people pulling items off shelves for pickup any questions as they are rude and tell you their job is to quickly pull the orders and not answer questions.

I am a 59 yo disabled female where as I can't stand no longer than 4-5 minutes at a time. I need to use an electric cart to do my own grocery shopping. My daughter accompanies me to help me reach things that I can't. The very first isle that we went down there was one of those many, many employees doing other people's shopping in the big blue box cart for them to pick up outside. I sat behind her and said excuse me for she was in the middle and I couldn't get by. She put her hand on her hip and stood there and stared at me with discuss, so I repeated myself. She did move over but at the time I was just sure if she was ready to attack me, she looked so mad lol. As I passed by her I said thank you, several times with no response. So I continued down the isle saying you're welcome several times very loud to follow up letting the other customers know how rude she was. Through out the rest of my shopping, people would look at me in discuss mainly because I wasn't the normal 300+ lb disabled customers? People were so rude, just assuming there wasn't anything wrong with me other than laziness. I am discouraged about how much hate I saw. This can only be a prelude of what to come in the future. I'm not sorry that I won't be around when it gets so bad no one can do their own shopping. It is sad...

I love. Wally World. People can criticize it,but as for me the experience was great. I guess if I had any complaints, it would be some out of stock issues and hole plugging in grocery. Specifically the drink aisle. Likely vendors making use of the gaps.

Love Walmart use the pickup alot, they don't answer phones well. Also there's scam artist using their name to rip people off, they use their logo and everything if I was a power that Walmart is I wouldn't stand by and let scammers rip people off using my name,

If I could give zero stars I would! Literally came into the store to pick my own online order and was told I couldn’t get it because they couldn’t override my ticket.. so I asked if I could just by the items for the same price I paid online I was told yes, then I was told they couldn’t override the discounts that was given… why in the world could 2 different managers not override anything! This place is full of sh!t I would rather WALK to north side or eufaula before I go in this Walmart that’s only 2 miles from my home

Not satisfied at all. I called the store and they told me that they had 7 of the tires I needed in stock. I told them that I would be up there the following day to purchase the tires. I called again the following day to ensure that the tires were still available and they told me that they were and recommended that I place an online grocery pickup order so that the tires would be paid for. As soon as I get off the phone with the automotive center, I place a $400 order for tires. I sit up at the store and wait so that the tires can be placed on the vehicle as soon as the order is filled only to find out that they cancelled the order! Between the time of the phone call ending and the order being placed, they sold the tires and didn’t have enough to put on the car! We won’t receive a refund on the order for 3-5 business days. We were worried this might happen so we verified twice that they were in stock. Absolutely ridiculous. The technician was helpful and did provide information of other places to contact, but it was still just a frustrating experience overall.
