This place is horrible about getting your orders right!! Usually, we don't get napkins, straws, forks, sauces, crackers, etc.
For the past 2 to 3 months, I've spent 20 to 30 minutes in the drive-through!
The food is usually good WHEN they get it right! Some of the window workers are rude as heck! Someone needs to teach their employees people skills for sure!

We had a large group and a big order, and they got it quickly and correctly. The restaurant seemed short-staffed, and like they maybe had supply issues. The bathroom looked as if it had been out of paper towels for a long time, as there were stacks of napkins out on the sink. Someone had put a bunch of napkins in the toilet, and it seemed pretty clogged.

This store inside Texaco needs a little bit of TLC. The drive-through area needs the plants all cleaned and shrubs manicured as it's all grown wild. The drive-through service was EXTREMELY SLOW! The French fries tasted like yesterday's grease. I haven't been to a Wendy's in a long time and it may be the same again.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant what I got was egg croissant w/barely there bacon w/mayo I didn't ask for and the French toast sticks I ordered tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Worse breakfast I've ever had thru any fast food ????.

I ordered a salad and a hamburger with fries we had to wait outside while the chicken for my salad was cut up she brought the salad out with the fries no hamburger I go back in they give me a hamburger and it's a regular hamburger I ordered the number one with the lettuce and everything else on it and all I had was mustard or pickles or something so I had to go back inside to get my correct meal complete

Arrived to buy lunch at 11:30 am for my grandkids and found the dining room locked and only the drive thru open. Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes and it never moved. Finally, gave up and went somewhere else. Why did they even bother to open at all if they didn’t have enough staff to operate the store?

We drove 40 minutes just to eat at a Wendy's.
The restaurant was so cold a woman was sitting with her winter snow jacket on. It was 60 degrees outside and actually warmer. We wanted to sit down and eat inside, so I walked next door and bought a
long sleeve shirt. But my husband couldn't even handle how cold it was, so we left. One gentleman who had ordered before we placed our order, was still standing waiting on his order after we received ours, and we were three orders behind him!
The chocolate frosty was out, so we settled for vanilla, the fountain had no ice and no Coke, Dr. Pepper or Root Beer, we settled for the first working drink and got Sprite. I'll say it was the best part of the meal. My single had a small patty, I'll assume a junior burger patty, covered in mayonnaise and was actually cold and messy! I'd like to say the bun I paid for was good but it wasn't! The fries were cold and old!
My husband got the baconator, and said his was cold as well!
For $31.00, it's on the top of my list of the worst ever!

Food was perfect and what i ordered. Understaffed so it took a second but that is no fault of theirs. Those ladies were working very hard.
