These people are great! They greet you when you come in and are always some of the friendliest people ever! Even when they have new hires they are very patient with them and show great kindness you don’t normally see very often anymore. This Waffle House and the other one in Cullman are places you can go to feel at home. Both simply have amazing people and delicious food!

Great food if their workers aren't too busy and overworked this goes for all wafflehouse locations, quality of food depends on how busy they are, never had trouble with parking in the years. But this place is definitely a local staple and lived by many! Just have to go at the right time!

The past 3 visits have started with being yelled at for sitting at a "closed" table. When there are no signs that the only table that isn't dirty or in use is closed, it's very rude to yell at customers. It was very embarrassing and the way we are talked to makes us feel very unwelcome. We are polite and tip. Other customers aren't treated this way. We will not be back. We treat everyone with respect. Just becuase we are 25 and look 19, doesn't give young ladies with Grey hair ???? an excuse to be rude or to act bothered by our presence. It's been the same shift over the course of the last 3 months ruining our afterwork experience before I complained.

I work at a waffle house. And I'm impressed! Julia is a great server! The food looked and tasted great! Thank y'all for a good experience.

Left before anyone even spoke to us. Understaffed?? maybe. Busy?? Not really. We ( myself, wife and child) were simply ignored. No explanation, no anything.

Mom and I are here about a week ago and everything is clean the people are nice, prompted, they all work together as a team. Fast service and definitely one of my favorite places.
