Tonight we waited 30 mins in the drive through which was understandable as they were busy, when we were given our drinks they were dripping water everywhere from condensation, when we asked that the 2 milkshakes be remade because they were melted, Holly the girl working the drive thur said no they are always that way and closed the door in my husband's face. She was so rude and had such a bad attitude. It was a horrible experience.

Grandson was happy with his food..mine on the other hand???? Burger was dried out and I basically had to take the Burger apart just to put it back together (thrown together awful) not to mention I didn't get the full order I paid for! Guess that was my fault for going thru the drive thru and trusting McDonald's again ????

Ordered my food than confirmed my order at the window waited in the parking spot for 30 minutes they brought my food out didn't even get all my food but was also told I only ordered 1 burger was told to go back thru the drive thru so another 30 minutes waiting I get my food get home and my burgers are not even cooked and the 2 burgers that I did get were cold. The cheese wasn't even melted the bread wasn't toasted the meat was hard as a rock. Something needs to change I swear.

Absolute joke! “I done called your order” when I had a table number. But to top it off after waiting more than a half hour for food. My burger wasn’t fully cooked.

Placed a mobile order at 4:11pm. Arrived at 4:19 and parked/checked in. Got our food at 4:36. Drive thru was not busy. Based on this experience, I don't plan on making a mobile order again.

The family had lunch together we got very little Fry's with our 10 piece nuggets each of us got but everyone there had a great attitude & all in all, it was a good experience at Mc.Donald's in Cullman right off of hwy. 157!

Breakfast sandwich was hot and delicious.
Ordered a medium strawberry smoothie, but the frappe machine was broken, so they offered a large ice coffee instead.
