We want to sincerely thank LeAnn and her crew on two separate occasions for simply being amazing on their customer service. We had no idea what to get for dinner after picking up our Golden from her vet stay.

We admit that we have not been to Zaxby's in ages, but that all changed for the simple things LeAnn and her crew did to brighten our days and fill our bellies with deliciousness.

While we were picking up our order through their drive-thru, they showered our Golden with hello's and loving compliments. The staff gave us our meals and a surprise of delight in chopped grilled chicken for our pup which she heartily ate.

Thank you for brightening our evening from being away from our girl, it truly made us fans for life through your kindness and service. That simple gesture made the difference.

Still my favorite fast food on 157, but their workers are lazy and are skimping on the portions. I ordered a ten piece boneless wings and received 8 small, hard, BARELY ANY SAUCE. Tried to call to speak to a manager but THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE! Drove back and walked inside to see three workers behind the counter doing nothing but chatting. They handed my order to a cook in back who acted irritated and she added a second box to my bag with three decent boneless wings in it. I’ll still eat here, but where’s the manager and why can’t you guys try a little? Would it kill you?

I’m not certain what was going on but I came to order just as usual and when I went to pay they said don’t worry about it this time and manager comped my order. Literally made my night, these are the nicest people with the greatest costumer service. Thanks for the smile :)

DONT go to this Zaxbys! Waited over 30 minutes for my food, paid $35.49 for ten tiny pieces of white cheddar cheese bites and six wings(which I ordered 10 piece wings) and no celery and ranch like it’s suppose to have. What a joke!

Ordered a 10 PC boneless wings and only got 8. Ordered a kiddie cheese for my daughter and was given the kiddie chicken. No one answered the phone when I called to tell them as I was not about to drive all the way back to get the order corrected.

Got the 5 piece boneless wings and 3 piece strip meal and received food poisoning from it 2 hrs later started throwing up.
Will not be going back there again to North Cullman location.

When your food requires a fork to eat, it would be great if you included that with the order. Also, very skimpy on the sauce. Always better to order it on the side since they barely put any on the food. Chicken usually very dry and hard. Slim Chicken is much better,
