Its ways out but worth it. We came before the rush hour, I'd say. We had the whole restaurant to ourselves. We were greeted by friendly staff. We enjoyed a very fresh salad bar and hot juicy steaks. The place was clean and our experience was good. We all left feeling full but not gross full. The steaks were cooked to perfection. The prices are definitely reasonable. Thank you.

Wow. I'm glad we saw the sign on the interstate. The 5 miles is well worth the visit.
Food was great. Service was outstanding.
They work as a team.
I set my fries aside. And the server thought I didn't like them and asked if i didnt like them. I said they were a little too crispy for me but were fine. So she brought me more that werent.. stuff like that goes far with me. The ranch dressing portion was perfect.

Prices are very reasonable!!!

Honestly. I have nothing bad to say about this place. We will be back and I encourage you to give them a try!!!

This was our first visit to this restaurant. The server kept out drinks filled. The size of the appetizers was more than I expected. Stuffed Jalapeños were on point. Fried mushrooms were a heaping plate full. Steaks were cooked to the way we like them. Delicious food. We will return

Ate at the West Point location today and I have never ate a steak that had less flavor. The steak had zero seasoning on it and I had to use A1 sauce just to consume the food. If a steak is cooked correctly there are zero sauces needed. The baked potato was ordered with butter and sour cream. They do not use butter, they use a "spread" that is made up of primarily vegetable oil plus many other oils. If you want to eat at restaurant that has very little flavor then this is your place!

We loved this place! Very, very small town feel. Everyone knew everyone else. Food was very reasonable in price with many options to choose from. Ribeye steak many sizes. Hamburger steak, grilled chicken, fried tenders, pork chops, catfish fillets and many other items. Sides were also great they had what looked to be a great salad bar. One plate came by and it had beautiful perfect onion rings. No pictures. Sorry Can't wait to go back and try something different!!!

I had a delicious salad first, then our catfish and onion rings came out about the time we finished our salads. It's was a bustling atmosphere. We Enjoyed the food, Of course, there was so much food, we had to take home the rest for a later meal. I eat here about once or twice a month, when I'm in the area.

First time to the Brandon Iron. The food was so good. The steak was cooked perfectly medium rare just as I like it. The hamburger steak was well done just like my husband likes it. The fried dill pickles were the best we have had. Our waitress was awesome! Would recommend this restaurant to anyone!

I thought I'd never have to post anything against our favorite, Brandin Iron Steakhouse. Mom visited today and brought lunch with her. When she got to the house, she noticed that 2 things were missing from her order. I called the restaurant thinking they would just credit Mom for the missing items. The lady who answered the phone said they would put a note by the register to give to her the next time she came in. I explained to her that my mom was visiting and lived nowhere near the restaurant. I asked her to credit it back to her credit card. She said that they don't credit back to cards. My mom spent $94 for lunch with a $20 tip and you mean to tell me that you cannot credit back $8 to her credit card, better yet, you can't even make sure you put everything in the bags? I had to bite my tongue on this one because it wasn't my issue; however, this was no fault other than Brandin Iron's. This was her favorite steakhouse when she would come up this way and sadly, she won't be back.

08.08.23 This is an update to the business's reply. The lady I spoke with took down my mom’s information. She did say she had to wait until the manager came in so she could speak with them. The same lady I originally spoke with called back and told my mom that she had spoken with the manager, and they were unable to process a refund for the missing food. So, we did what you said before you even had to say it and she was still denied a refund. The manager should have personally called my mom back instead of hiding behind an employee that didn't have authority. I also changed my 3 star to a 2 star because of the dishonest reply from the business.
