Fantastic! A definite must stop. We have been to a lot of Whataburger’s through the years but this is the closest to what the Texas tradition is all about. Clean, I mean super CLEAN! The perfect 100 Health Score as you walk in says it all. You know the menu so we won’t waste your time there. Clean parking lots, friendly greeting, clean counters/kitchen, fast service, and clean seating. Catching the theme here? Oh yeah, and clean bathrooms. Food could have been marginal with how well this place is run. But it is most definitely not. Hats off to this well oiled machine. Keep up the great work!

7/19/23, 8ishpm the guy that came out to bring us our food went above and beyond. We forgot to order a chicken sandwich after we had pulled up, he made sure we got it, long wait, but worth it...delicious. Please thank him for us

We are traveling and decided to stop for food and if was great because they serve lunch all day as we didn’t want breakfast. When we arrived inside we were greeted immediately. Our cashier was phylisha and she was super friendly and helpful deciding what we wanted to eat. Our food came out quick and was fresh and hot. Was kind of nervous to try it after reading horrible reviews, but I had to post mine since everything was perfect!

Awful drive through service!! We didn’t mind the wait but after that our order was wrong, ordered onion rings instead of fries and specified that. Asked for spicy ketchup and after being told to pull up after paying, asking again please include the spicy ketchup it was not there. We love this place but it’s hard to keep coming back after this. I would hope to here back because the cashier was very rude and to much playing inside by employees for this to happen. I’m including a receipt to see!!! Please make it right and make me want to come back??? And I see you respond to nothing??? How about making things right if you want people to come BACK!!!!

If I could leave a minus 10 review I would! We sat in the drive through line for 30 minutes only to have a staff member walk up to our vehicle and tell us that our order was “not on the tablet.” When we asked what happened, he responded with “well, the person taking the order was honestly not the most trained” and that our order wasn’t taken. There was no offer to fix the situation and no I’m sorry. There were 2 different employees walking from car to car asking patrons their names and orders - with food in hand - just trying to figure out who’s order was whose.

We then asked him if it would be easier to go inside and he looked around and said “yeah honestly it probably would be.” However, once we pulled around to the front door, we saw that going inside to order was not an option either as the line was out to the parking lot.

I can’t even put into words the level of disorganization, horrible customer service and just complete lack of management oversight. AVOID THIS LOCATION!

Staff were friendly & working as hard as they could, but this place got busy real quick. The restaurant just doesn't have enough employees to handle that volume of customers efficiently.

What a burger I ate today..! a hamburger franchise with good service, very valid in its warm, clean and super fast. if you come to Clanton I recommend it 100%
