This is the worst run restaurant in history the manager doesn't seem to care and the kids she has working here are terrible at their jobs how do you order a family seafood platter and they forget the fish I mean come on. One kid probably 16 or so is completely rude to customers and more interested in being a drama queen. The only good thing is the other dude I think he's the night shift lead he was nice but if you don't get him you may want to consider going somewhere else or just go somewhere else anyway because this place is the absolute worse. No customer service and food is barely edible, when you actually get your food that is.

The lobby is always closed if you go to the drive thru the menu light is off and they won't take your order. The owner needs to know that he or she is paying workers to dodge customers. I plan to call corporate and let them know that they need to let someone have this location that will open the doors and the driver thru.

I wish I had read these reviews before eating here. At least my food was edible, unlike many of the other comments here. My fish was fresh but overcooked, shrimp had been sitting a while. Cleanliness was decent enough. But the attitudesand time... Wow. I thought I had offended the staff by the way I was treated, but it seems they treat everyone like this. The two girls at the counter clearly hadn't wanted to leave their thrones to come here today. I think one said maybe 5 words taking my order and nothing more. The worker bringing the tray out set it down in front of me and left without a single word or even a response to my "thank you". And on a Thursday evening, without it being busy, and seemingly a full staff, it took 22 minutes in prime dinner time to get a single meal. 5:23 to 5:45.

Come here with low expectations and you'll probably be ok

Sherree is an asset to this establishment. So genuine and professional. We had an issue with our food and Sherree made it right. As we sat and waited on our food, it was obvious that she makes this place run. She was so attentive and nice to the other customers as well and made sure everybody was taken care of. Don’t let her go, she is a gem!

Arrived at 10:30 was told by a manager that you can only order take out because they were short staffed. We said we are going out. Then black cashier who I ordered a family meal from turned and went into the kitchen . We waited about a minute she did not come back so. We left. Terrible customer service,!!! You lost over a $40 order. I was in the fast food business for over 40 years and if I had seen this type of rude service I would have fired all of the people ,then you would have really been short staffed. Also I see why your rating is a 3.7 which is awful!!?

The inside of the fish was mushy and the potatoe was hard as a brick inside. It was take out and I tried to call them and they wouldn't answer their phone.
It had been awhile since I've been there and I really wanted their fish. Extremely disappointed.

Do not expect any customer service or clean hands and noses.

Its a fried fish fast food restaurant so my expectations are not on par with a Michelin five star restaurant. I understand a drive thru type place that cooks to order, is going to take longer getting the order. I understand the under staffed and over worked employees are fed up by noon. However, I do expect that basic hygiene practices are being observed, not blowing your nose on your shirt as you prep my order. I expect the person preparing the drinks to not have batter crusted hands. My order was $19.67, I was never spoken to, never looked at other than to glance my way as they handed me the drinks. Our food was inedible (Captain D's usually has a decent fish fillet.) Our drinks had floating bits of batter.
I did not have time to take everything inside, complain, wait for an assistant manager to make inquiries and then wait another 20 minutes for a fresh meal. I need to cut back anyway so I chalked it up to a good lesson and a little motivation.

The best experience I've had at any restaurant in years. They were busy, and looked to be short on staff. The manager Trinity was killing it, she was so nice. I had a party of 3 and she took care of us and all the customers like a pro. Drive thru was slammed, we were dine in. Everything was hot and tasty. It's awesome to see someone like Trinity these days, she was very professional, friendly and kind.
