I will never be back here again. To start I ordered a gravy biscuit for me, and a side of eggs and cheese for my daughter. To start off, they put the eggs in the the gravy biscuit and now she has gravy eggs. As I’m feeding her bites of egg without the gravy I see there is hair cooked into the egg. Then I call, the manager tells me to come back and I explain to him I’m at work, and can not leave. He said “I’m sorry about that, have a great day” ???????? wow! I mean just wow!!!

Update: the lady that works next to me took it back for me and they did remake it. And guess what? They gave my baby burnt eggs. I’m so disgusted with this location. And again I’ll never be back.

Never been so disappointed, the only good thing was the bun. The chicken sandwich was tough and extremely dry, even the 6 pickles on the sandwich was old. The hamburger was flavorless, dining area was empty save another couple and had dirty tables. The restrooms needed major attention.

Bathrooms out of toilet paper and never got to order my food after standing in line for 15 minutes. Terrible service, less than 1 star. I was assuming they were just slow because drive through was busy but when I finally walked out there wasn’t even a line. There was 1 car ordering and 1 car getting served that’s it! The crew working 10:30 A.M. on July 1, 2023 should be fired or take a pay cut at minimum for all of Jacks wasted revenue. As I was standing there watching 2 people standing there packing 2 bags of food to get taken to drive through window I watched 13 people (including my family) walk out and who knows how many more after I left. What a joke of a restaurant.

Stoped here for lunch Saturday. The food was delicious but the restaurant was very messy both bathrooms were nasty and no soap or paper towels at all. The older lady that put the food on the plates was nice. They need someone to clean so it’s not so dirty looking. Makes you very uncomfortable.

Literally the kindest people in all of Alabama work this location. The food is always cooked to specification, served fresh, and tastes amazing. The burgers are good, but the chicken is better.

We came in with a group of 15 traveling through. They outdid themselves! The communication they had with each other was Fantastic ???? ???? our food was hot and no complaints from anyone! Thank yall for making our long trip turn into a good one with the great food yall cooked for us. The strips with the Buffalo sauce was amazing! Good job we are still talking about how great that chicken was.

This location is very up and down. I keep it simple when I go here so and this time food was good. Service was good.

Food was as expected. Staff was helpful and friendly. The restaurant itself needed to be cleaner. Tables wiped and cleared. Napkins restocked.
