You can park on the side of the road. But make sure you wake up early if you have a 6 am appointment. Because a lot of trucks will try to cut in front of you. It took about a hour to unload. And another hour to wait for lumper fee and paperwork.

None of the phone numbers go to anybody at 0600. I thought all the trucks on the road were sleeping, but no they are all in line. I’m here at 0545 for a 0600 appointment and I’m still 3/10 of a mile away from the gate. I passed everyone to see then backed all the way back to the end of the line. I don’t understand having everyone show up at the same time when only 2 trucks can turn in.

OK there is some parking on the street 5 trucks max so get there early and if you do park on the street get up early (5am) to get at the front of the line for 6am appointment if you don't you will be boxed in and have to wait for someone to let you in or for the line to clear. Gates do not open till 6am unloading time depends on product and if they need it sooner than the others be patient and act like a professional

I wish I could give less than one star period as a truck driver I pick up from the shipper I do not pick your product I do not palletize your product I do not shrink wrap your product I do not load your product I do not count your product I do not feel the trailer. I deliver the truck seal intact for you to take your product off that is the extent of my responsibility in this equation. Your product has been delivered safely with seal intact and yet I am still here waiting almost 2 hours after my green light for paperwork. Your process is outdated and unnecessary. Any discrepancy or problems with your Freight once it arrives safely with seal intact is between you and the .. so again why does the truck driver have to wait here and wait here and wait here for you to count it? The lack of respect for the truck driver's time is beyond ridiculous.

i had two people jump the line and the guard just let them to do it！ anyway very bad place forever，one hour wait for check in and 3 hours unload and forever waiting for paperwork ！！！

Why 4? You can park on small road into place. In door quick. Decent parking. Room to maneuver and get into door unless it's door 16. Well that's a hoot but I did it. Started unloading immediately.

Got there early for my delivery appointment, checked in at security and was on the door in no time. Fork lift operator went to work and had me unloaded really quick,fast and in a hurry. Another good job by all. ????

Checked in at the guard shack at 5.55am for 6am appointment. Waiting in a big line on receiving office for 40 min, like nobody is here, 6.40am already. it is a freaking joke
