Fries tasted like they were cooked in old grease. I ordered the burrito supreme, and they didn't put ANY MEAT in it. Employees were very kind, but the food is disgusting. How do you not put any meat in the burrito ????

You know, I've long joked of the name Toxic Hell as a substitute for Taco Bell. Well, today it was an accurate description. There was NOTHING redeeming about TB today! Not the food, not the service, not the conditions of the restaurant. All were miserably horrible.

We need something in our gut as the day was getting on and we either needed to grab some lunch or wait for dinner. As the latter was not an option we made the poor decision to stop in at TB. I said, "Let's go in!"My grandson said, "REALLY?" I should have listened. The condition of the restaurant was just gross. Dirty tables, dirty seats, dirty floor. Just plain dirty everywhere. Trash was everywhere, the trash containers were all full and most all of the tables had not been cleaned in a while. We had to clean our own table. Even the floor was nasty. I had to scoot to move across the seat and my feet slipped on the debris under the table and that was BEFORE we even got our food. Had a lady been with us she would have refused to eat there. We should have known better too.

My wife and I raised our kids going to TB. It was good! It was cheap. It was desirable. Now the food leaves an aftertaste that is bad. Ion fact, it makes you wonder what you really just ate. Something is wrong with this chain. Something is definitely wrong with this location for sure!

I recommend you stay FAR away from this place. Save yourself!

This Taco Bell is very skimpy on their ingredients, especially the beef.
I ordered and paid for a #1 which is 3 Taco Supremes.
What I got was I'd say, "3 regular tacos".
There was no sour cream on one, very skimpy on the other two and little to no tomatoes on the others. Oh, and let's not forget the teaspoon of meat on each one.

Very disappointed. ????

***** April 8th 2022 *****UPDATE

Thought I would give this Chelsea Taco Bell another try, as I was craving some Taco Supremes.
Well, as you can see by the new photos, ( the last 3) Chelsea Taco Bell did DISAPPOINT once again.

The Taco Supremes were HALF FULL.
ALL 3 had only around a tablespoon of meat and hardly any lettuce, All 3 did not have any tomatoes, and out of my 3 Taco Supremes, only 1 had sour cream!

TACO BELL- Why do you keep doing this?? Atleast put the right amount and the right ingredients on your Taco Supremes.

There are many negative reviewsby other people and yet you still skimp on ingredients..

**I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TACO BELL UNLESS YOU ARE STARVING AND THERE IS NO OTHER PLACE OPEN.

Food is always great, and love the happy hour drinks!
Also cinnabons.... They need to be available in more than just 2 or 12...
They are so good tho!!

I love their chicken quesadillas, taco salad, and chalupas. The employees are friendly and the service is fast. If you wanna save yourself the trip, Doordash is available here.

Update 5/23. Lately, I've noticed the quality of Taco Bell has really gone downhill. I tried the Crunchwrap, and it lacked the crunch, and taste was mediocre at best. The nachos side item used to be really delicious and served in a plastic container. Today, my chips were in a very small fry-type bag and the cheese in a separate container. The chips were overly salty and stale, and the cheese was very bland with no flavor. The soft tacos tasted okay. Toppings were sparse. The cinnamon twists were severely lacking the cinnamon-sugar coating, and the look and consistency were that of pork rinds complete with specs of cold grease throughout. The chicken quesadilla, a classic favorite of mine, was equally as disappointing. The restaurant chain really needs to step up their quality to where it once was.

I ordered 3 taco supremes, but when I got home they were regular tacos and not the supreme that I wanted. Otherwise everything was good.

I did not receive the food that I had ordered. I ordered Taco Supremes and when I got home they were regular tacos instead. Will not be returning to this location again.

I went to the drive thru and ordered the Favorites box. It was too much food. It came with a taco, a burrito, cinnamon twists and a drink. I couldn't eat all of it. The burrito was really good the next day when I reheated it in my toaster oven. The young lady at the window was very nice and spoke with me like I was an actual person. She made my day. Some other fast food restaurants basically hand you the food and never speak or make eye contact.
