Been to this location a few times and when here the staff has been nothing but professional showing warmth and kindness when taking care of our orders. Today was no exception. The order came out in no time and we thoroughly enjoyed both our food and experience. You can get ice cream anywhere, but with gracious and kind staff it makes this experience truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a meal, or simply an ice cream treat. Thank you DQ!! ????

They seemed busy, but there weren't very many customers. It took about five minutes before they had time to make our ice cream cones. Inside it was clean, there's the ordering counter and then a separate pick up window. It has a self service soda machine. Plenty of tables inside and out. It did look like they needed to restock their cup and cone supplies at their ice cream machine in the back, and they were out of the fruity ice cream dip I was hoping to have. The drive through was backed up at the ordering kiosk, even though no cars were at the window. I'm guessing they are short staffed, or just lacking training and experience to keep things smoothly flowing. The ice cream is good, however, for a simple cone or sundae, I can save money by going across the street.

There were 5 cars in the drive thru. So I went in. Two employees. Neither of which even acknowledged I was there. After 10 minutes another customer came in who had been in the drive thru. No one acknowledged her presence either. After 10 more minutes we both left. Only drive thru orders were being taken. Very disappointing. Whoever is managing this Dairy Queen leaves a lot to be desired. Maybe a change is needed.

We ordered and waited for almost 20 minutes so we went to check on it and they gave our food to someone else and they didn't say anything, just ate our food and ate what He didn't order!
I couldn't eat it, didn't taste right, meat was too thick for my burger and there was definitely needed employee's that weren't there, only good thing about this visit was the manager who retake our order and made sure we finally got it!

Terrible. Waited 45 min for a blizzard. Then the women tells me the machine is broken I watched 3 other people get Ice cream while they made me wait. A joke of a place . I know it’s hard to find workers but I will never go there again ever

Was given a “freshly made” Blizzard at this location and told it had melted a little “because of the heat,” even though it’s an air conditioned building?

I was hoping to drive home to put it in my freezer to firm up, but turning onto my home road made the top portion spill into my cup holder.

I bought two blizzards from there just now. This is what $9.88 gets you. The store won’t answer their phone and corporate is closed until Monday, so I’m posting on here.

Drive thru lady is very rude everything I go there!!!! She just seems to hate her job! Food is always great tho!
