I ordered online. The lady just pointed at the shelf. When I walked in. The sandwich had barely any meat or vegetables. The BMT had one slice of meat. I ordered it with all the vegetables. The sandwich was about 1 inch closed and the bread touched.
I won't be back and will be using the one at Walmart from now on. I'm glad Chelsea has 2.

Freshly renovated. Great ladies at the counter addressed me immediately and had no problem with my special request.

THIS LOCATION IS BY FAR MY FAVORITE! I AM SO GLAD I HAPPENED TO BE DRIVING BY ONE DAY AND DECIDED TO STOP THERE!
All of the employees are very friendly and fast at making the food, but I have to brag on my favorite employee, her name is Desiree! She always makes the best sandwiches and salads each time I visit!
Highly recommend this location!

I don’t ever leave reviews on places but my visit today at the subway in Chelsea was totally unacceptable. I waited in a line for about 15 min. And then when I finally started ordering my sandwich it took another 20 min. For it to be made. A costumer came in to pick up an online order that they placed earlier in the day only to find out that the employees threw away the receipt that the order was printed on. And then the employee had to switch out a mustard bottle and it literally took like 5 min. . By the time I got home my sandwich looked like a wreck and was falling apart. Very upset! :(

I love the smell of fresh baked bread and the aroma inside this subway is intoxicating! Fast friendly service and so many healthy choices. My husband and son got the new steak sandwich options but I chose a salad and it was wonderful. I forgot how great the salads are and it’s super fun to mix it up with many different veggie options!

Ms. Mary is fantastic! A new worker named Tate did an excellent job making my wrap, followed my instructions perfectly and had a great attitude the entire time! This is definitely one of Chelsea's hidden gems!

Great subway. They make solid sandwiches here. Always fresh, always scrumptious.

Boys working here provided great customer service.
