All I ordered was a sausage pizza, and they told me that it would only take 6 minutes. They gave my pizza away to the car next to me as I watched. I went in to check on my pizza, and the cashier told me that it was coming out of the oven 17 minutes later. Meanwhile, I watched them hand out 6 pizzas to 3 other people. She couldn't look me in the eye, so she sent the cook out to hand it to me. He never says a word as he waits on another customer. I stood there just for a second to see if he was going to apologize for my wait or even make eye contact. This is ridiculous for a so-called hot-n-ready pizza.

Only been roughly 5-6 times at this location if I am passing through, and every time it is a slog. Quality is way too hit-or-miss. I pay extra for an ExtraMostBestest pizza and it's somehow worse than a Hot-N-Ready -- and I would order a Hot-N-Ready if they were ever actually hot.... and ready... or made in general. The drive-thru service is always slow because their heads are down on their phones and during my visit today during the afternoon to surprise my coworkers with pizzas I had to wait almost 5 minutes at the window! It was also dead slow on an early Thursday afternoon with nothing to do, and you guessed it, no pizza's ready. I don't write reviews for the satisfaction of being nasty or rude -- I don't write reviews in general, but the second I politely stated my order the lady's attitude and demeanor instantly became snarky. So if I'm the bad guy, hey, sorry I asked you to do your job that you chose. Go to the Little Cesar's near the Greystone YMCA if you actually want to buy a pizza you would want others to eat and enjoy.

I tried to order pick up online, then by phone. They werent taking orders either way this day so i ordered delivery and was sent to doordash. The pizza took an hour to arrive, and the crust and toppings were NOT close to what i ordered. Never again.

Yesterday we were refused service in the lobby after two others ordered. Mind you we were the last customers in the lobby to be helped. They had hot-n-readys for us to take. We ordered two pizzas and got ready to pay. I believe it was the manager who was on duty that came out from the back rudely telling her employee no more lobby orders, that she couldn't do everything herself, then told her and us loudly that we would have to go through the drive-thru to be served. I truly feel badly for the young girl who was trying to take care of us.

Lobby was closed with a handwritten note on the door, pizza’s weren’t hot and ready(10min wait), and employee forgot to ring up 2 of our pizzas causing an additional 10min wait. In hindsight we could’ve ordered from Domino’s, Sanpegios, Pizza Hut, etc, had a shorter wait and ended up with much better pizza.

Used app. Never said our food was ready. The Detroit Deep dish while good, came with very little meat on it. We ordered the sausage, just very little sausage on the pizza. Other than the extensive wait and the minimal amount of meat on the pizza it was good tasting.
We planned to pick up at the drive up but saw multiple people go to the locked door then had to drive around to the drive up window.

My boyfriend and I stopped by here on Christmas eve, it was about 10 -15 minutes until close, so they were closing up, and it was freezing out. I went to the door and it was locked, so I drove through the drive-through. The young girl working that night actually opened the window and told us they were closed but gave us a free box of pizza and free bread sticks. It was great customer service, the pizza was great, and it was an awesome Christmas gift.

Waited 30 minutes for them to "cook" (warm up) a pizza and somehow they still undercooked it.
